Just make a thread on here and Zone-Play having a contest for it, winner gets lets say 50k if you like theirs. All the serious player would love to and you might get something good out of it.

Definitely agreed. Nobody is telling you guys to make an Era 2.0 anymore, take this opportunity to revamp Zone and use its potential.

New scripts should be added/imported so that you can break from the Zera feel and add a lot of flexibility.

Enchaned; yes, it's enchanced, not enchanted, was akin to the G90's that shot fast with little damage. It managed to stunlock because of the firing speed and how damage caused stun. It was very weak though, so if you broke free then you could usually win. It also shot with perfect accuracy, so no degree variance.

Magnum; aight I understand, but I'd like to see weapons that can fire multiple bullets with varying accuracy that aren't a pitiful 2-shot shotgun.

But if no scripts are going to be made, then yeah, the firing speed is alright.

I'd also like to see bots removed and the medic weapon imported into Zone with the same functionality. On top of the syringe; like the crossbow, but more potent, faster hitting and higher damage.

crossbow slows down people drastically for a good amount of time. 10 DMG is generous, might be even OP

unfortunately as for scripts go, these all were made as direct mods to current scripts and not entire new scripts. The closest you're getting to a burst gun is 6 shots in .3 seconds, a freeze, then another 6 shots. .05 for burst is the fastest it can go, it was originally .01 but the bullets were so close together that they all couldn't register making it garbage.

10 damage is pretty strong, but the syringe would be a melee

Like I said, new scripts need to be added. Why can't PvP get any real love with new weapon styles, abilities, etc.?

Because tashkin is too lazy to make new scripts and fix bugs that would allow for new stuff (mortars, bullets move faster on shottys etc). Also theres really not that much of a need to make new scripts since we really havent explored the current gun scripts and you can have very diverse and unique weapons with the current script. i figured out a lot of things about the weapons that no one, not even tash or PD know about or how to do. Theres a lot you can do with the current script. Only thing holding it back is bugs. A lot of the guns added would give a new and unique weapons experience. i used all those weapons i listed and i can tell you right now they have different and unique playstyles that zone didnt have before. Especially the enhanced pulsar, GL+ and KR90.

Their best bet by far is to just hire someone professional.

The tileset needs to be done by a professional, no ifs, no buts. It is an extremely large project and needs to be undertaken with professional skills to achieve a polished, consistent look that will get completed or it isn't worth doing.

Why is it certain there will be no new scripts for weapons?

because tashkin wasn't willing to do it when i was GA so I'm willing to bet he won't want to now. Also that would require rebalancing of all the weapons with the new script and tashkin is god awful at that, we literally had the same exact issue as iera with our weapons of no other gun is viable except for the most expensive and a lot of the expensive guns were complete down grades of cheaper guns. Now we sorta have the opposite problem of cheap guns beating expensive guns cause of unlimited ammo spam.

Also another reason why is as I stated, theres no need for a new weapons script. The current script hasn't been explored enough and I was the only person who explored it. The current script is fine, i found out there is a **** load of things you can do with the current script. Only thing holding it back are bugs that once again tashkin wouldn't fix.

If you think new weapons scripts are unnecessary, it's likely Tashkin believes this too. There actually may be a good case in future for new/modified scripts as we develop new content.

Bugs must be fixed. Please feel free to PM me any bug reports and I will fix. Tashkin probably will fix if they are genuine bugs.

What did you figure out about the weapons that nobody else knows about?

Main one is increasing the range of how far guns shoot with gravity, making guns shoot over objects yet still hit players (cant confirm due to bug), shooting the guns at angles, and increasing the bullets speeds in the overworld since the bullet speed is whack AF and only applies to missions.

Those are pretty much standard features/quirks of the shoot() function, part of GScript's stdlib, from what I recall.

What's about the tileset Legend and I told a Graphics Studio to create and payed $200 for it?

Oh yea, I forgot. We both retired before anyone of us two decided to come up with it. :'(
