I think having spar and tower moderators would really help this disconnect between GPs and players when it comes to these sort of issues. Someone with absolutely minimal and specialized powers. Like boot from spar, or a ban from the building in question if necessary. That way all of the stupid small stuff like this could be taken care of, while GPs take care of more pressing matters. I think a building ban would be more effective against these types of people (at least for sparring since making a new account would force them to wait 24 hours)

I don't think this would really make a difference. Most problems with towering are mainly hackers or people afking to block the paths. Problems with spar that i generally see are also speed hackers and laggers(which we can't really do much about unless its vpn). Even with absolute minimal and specialized power the question of power abuse would still be there and overall it's pretty much the same thing as applying for gp. There would still be a period of time where people will not be online to moderate the spars or towers and overall imo, problems with hackers or people glitching tags would be solved quickly with a report. The main problem now is the small amount of active gps which can't really be solved that quickly because it would require people to want to apply and be suitable for the position.

Fire MarshMallow should be a priority. Other than that GP's should be online more hours than they should be daily. Also hire GP's from different parts of the globe and not just from North/South America (go for EU/AU/Middle Eastern).

Graal only has so many people though, and only so many of those people would be willing to apply. In addition to that, most of Graal's players live in North and South America. I'm guessing it's kinda difficult to find someone who lives in those areas who is also willing to apply and is suitable for the job.

There is a minimum amount of hours we have to do each week but with school/jobs and whatnot it's not possible for each and every one of us to be online 3-4 hours each day (excluding holidays and breaks). As for hiring GPs from others parts of the globe is what is currently needed but not easily achievable because there are conditions to fulfill e.g. being able to use English to a certain extent, which is one of the main barrier as to why GPs from other parts of the globe can't be hired easily. Main thing is that in order to hire them, they would obviously need to apply which i don't think many of them are actually interested to do so.
