Would new wifi be appropriate?

I had the exact same issue for over a year, might be that your provider has a daily limit until it slows your wifi down until the next day. ask them if that's what they actually do before changing your wifi

Unless i'm mistaken, i don't believe it is my own (or anyone else experiencing this issue's) fault. As far as i'm concerned, this has happened to multiple people very recently. Noticed some people in the thread have said they are Australian, not sure if it is related as i am also from Aus. If it was just myself i'd understand that it's my own problem but from the way things seem, it's as though the server is at fault here (or atleast the game itself, i'm no tech wizard)

I am also from Australia and can confirm my gf has this problem too. I don't for some reason...

Exterminate the bloody Aussies we don't like them anyways!!

not really noticing any problems besides the usual laggy server and lots of my other Australian friends are online and playing like normal so it's not something to do with Australia, guess just a coincidence.

Darkk 11-06-2016 11:28 AM

Well it's not like the blacklisting is a bad thing? It's only red and doublelift... Such a big loss .-.

Kieran2820 11-06-2016 11:40 AM

From the UK and I am having the same issue.

Change your dns address, this will fix it. Use googles dns

J* 11-06-2016 01:00 PM

Ah clever. Yeah changing the dns does the trick. Not sure if this is causing me to lag more than usual or not, gotta love Australian connection

McCullough 11-08-2016 03:58 AM

I'm not Australian, but I am having this same problem and cannot login under my own wifi.

If changing the DNS(Domain Name Server) is the only option, then I'm screwed. If I were to change my DNS, it would affect every other device under the same connection, and would ultimately require many configurations along with our internet company.

I don't think changing the DNS will be worth it at this time. I'll just wait and see if this can be resolved in the future.

I'm from Aus too and I'm having the same problem, and I haven't logged on for months

No it wouldn't… You can change your DNS at the router level or the device level

This game sucks anyways

Red 11-08-2016 05:32 AM

getting pms from other aussies via kik and other services, can't login either.

Can the staff team just verify whether or not this is a server issue because others who don't know the forums exist or don't own a forums account may not be aware this is an ip issue.

You may have lost a large player base here and maybe its a good idea to adress it before many give up on trying to login.

You're dealing with a bunch of 13-14 Australians who don't even know what an ip address is.

Has worked so far for 4/4 people that I've asked to try it, not to mention using Google or OpenDNS is just usually better practice… Would recommend trying it if you don't feel like waiting for Graal staff to figure it out
