There's only 1500 who play at a time. Not everyone sees the point in getting hours, like me. The only real point to hours is the burger hat. The other things you get are stupid little items you can show off while afking some more, and ruining your iDevices battery

To make a good admin, play Era PC.
All the noobish admins who get fired within the first 6 months only really have played iPod era. Look at snake rekon, Auron and herb p2p. They were all pros at Era PC (except snake rekon LOL) . And got noticed via that.

You forgot Jade and Tink. They are all fired now, but still. I play pc, and yes I have gold, but you gotta be really nice, have perfect spelling and grammar, and so on. And I don't have that lol.

Tell ya guys honestly i don't think anyone is gonna get hired cause a lot of people are selfish they only do it so they can run around in boots they won't truly care about players they will just abuse until auron or snk decide to fire him/her so that's all i am gonna say in this thread.
i honestly don't really care who gets hired because they will eventually end up getting fired thats the way it was with thunderstorm, gilgamesh, novaa and a lot of others so it dose not really hold no interest to me either way they will probably end up like them you never gonna find a perfect staff there are very few Player Relations have made to work on iera for over a year like auron so thats all i have to say.

Indeed. Classic has more loyal staffs then iEra (my thought). Didn't Gilgamesh and Novaa work for the server a long time or is it just me being noob and very unknown of the staff team?

It doesn't matter whether the hiring seasons ends or not. I haven't changed my personality that much ever since hiring season. I'm still the same helpful BabyGhost. (Though my custom is gone now:( )

Hiring season will not end, no deadline. Once they have received 9 more PR's they will stop.

It's pretty dumb saying they are hiring when the other admins just send in recommendations on persons they should keep an eye on. Anyone agrees?

Jade held a grudge against me. It happened almost 4 years ago. That's 2 years before iera was released. Last hiring time with applications, she said immediately she would quit if I was hired. How mature is that? :D
unfortunately, that proved to be influential BECUASE most of the people in charge of hiring knew Jade from pc for years and apparently liked her to stay. Which is funny that she was fired shortly after anyways.

Anyways classic staff in my experience are by far NOT more loyal in any way. It's a known fact that popular players get hired, and quite often popular people can be jerks.

Almost every friend I had that was hired began ignoring their friends. NYN and I used to have adventures in classic. Now we never speak.
I won't list all the other people like this, because I would have to write 90% of the staff list... But you get the point.
I mean, I get that being a staff is a lot of work, but if you don't have time to talk to a few friends, then how do you have time for your real life?
