Paul if you were not skilled in events wouldn't you want a way to get EC other then events? Its being fair to other players who are not good in events. Some people need a way to win theme selves some ec without facing experienced people :). Not everyone is good at everything so it was a good idea to make achievements because now people have to do SOME difficult tasks to earn EC .To completely takeout the system would be unfair and some of the "event pros" will also wine. how would u feel if they took out the event system ._.? This is making the game more balanced (except for the snapshots) because some people are getting ec without competing with other players . Plus people only get like 3-6 ec from the achievements so don't worry, the system is balanced :).

Grab 3 npcs=1 ec? I think its too ez <_< and unfair because some ppl was getting ec's with events only

I kinda agree with Snake, and that just gave me an idea, maybe from achievements you can get special Achievement Points, and with those points you can buy items in an Achievement Shop.
