You can now sell them in the axe shop in oasis. I'm in the process of renaming everything on the map and moving sell points around. It will be settled in a few minutes.

There is a separate server which has all of the images for the Facebook client saved on it. Nobody has the rights to upload images directly to it. It automatically updates on its own. I'm not sure how often though :( We just need to wait for them to upload I think..

Also, you can now say /woodcuttingexp and /woodcuttinglevel

Trees also now drop randomly 1, 2, or 3 logs after cut.

If you have an oasis rug which wasn't working, restore your furniture and it will work again, sorry about that.

Alpho, I just thought of something. The map has become biased to the cowboy faction! Once you finish up with Oasis, you should get to work on a map expansion down in Indian territory. Maybe a cursed burial grounds area? It could be a PvE focused area with zombies and huge burial mounds that have cave systems dug into them for unknown reasons. Just something I think would be cool.

More shops, etc, will be added in the future. I'm hoping to add an Oasis Weapon Shop and some other things such as the Gang Point shop (that will be in the tents at the top left)

Sounds good, but please don't do what Zone/Era have done and release shops based on staff.

Good job alpho this is all great love the work and omg the speed at which you did this....mine blown....

But i know you will most likely already do this but please add the nubers that tell your damage for woodcutting like in mining and when clicking axe it shows duriability.
Also hitting broken rocks and broken trees shouldn't use durability

I'm thinking if you grab the fire you will sit next to it and gain health slowly. Higher level fires give more health, or maybe health quicker, while sitting by it. I don't think fires should block. People would abuse this to prevent players from going certain places on the map.

A day/night system would go really well with firemaking, especially with role playing. (I know Ol' West isn't an RP game, but still lol) I would love to camp in oasis when it's dark :p. Sleeping bags would also be cool.

I'm afraid if it's more darker for the FB version because FB version all the tiles are black.

Delteria's night and day system doesn't even show in fb, so I wouldn't worry if it's too dark. A day/night system would be great, perhaps there could be an option to turn off the graphics for day/night system. For example it's too dark for you, you can turn on the option to prevent that, but the effects of it being night are still there. Kind of hard to explain, but basically it is still night in game, but your device doesn't show the dark. Everyone would have the same time, so if it's morning for me, it is for others as well. Perhaps at night, more wild animals come out to hunt. This could also introduce night bugs like fireflies, if fishing is implemented it could also have certain animals only coming out at night. This would be really neat, perhaps some shops will even close and bars and diners open at night? The day/night system shouldn't be too long so players wouldn't complain, but it shouldn't be short either. You can even expand on this and add secret cave openings/places that open during a certain time like 12:00-13:00. This would be really neat. There could be a town clock to display exactly what time it is as well as.

I'm really enjoying being able to make a fire pit. What an awesome update Alpho :-) so now that we can make fires , when is oasis weapon shop opening!?!?

I think it would be cool to send players who die outside of bases to a purgatory world, where they must wait a while before returning to the living world. Revive elixirs could be replaced with items that shorten the time players must wait in purgatory. Heck, it could be more than just a fancy representation of respawning. Perhaps this "Land of the Dead" as it could be known could be a whole new side to the server.

Might seem cool and all, but most players would probably think of it as annoying, having to go there every time you die.

I think that having players value there lies alot more would be intresting but the one problem is that most of the game is built on instantly respawning so it would make doing things alot harder. Maybe just when basing everytime you die in a base your max hp goes down 1 till it gets to like 10. Then you could actly fend of attackers. Then after 10 mins of being out of a base your hp resets

Personally think healing should be destroyed completely from basing(it encourages players to lag more in attempt to keep alive-ol west is probz worst ive seen for this) They can still heal while travelling about the map anyway(what healing was for)

The thing with firemaking is that for some reason I can't make fires on iOS devices but I can with no problem on Facebook. Other players have been telling me that they have the same problem.

Fires now drop ashes. Grab them to pick them up after the fire dies. The fires also now fade out instead of instantly disappearing. Sell the ashes for 5$ at Fire Inc!

Fires can now be created in bases. This will make it so you can heal your gang members! Melee the fire to destroy it if you're attacking the base, though it wont drop ash if you destroy it! :D

Also, random update, base names now show on the map.
