Where do you get the Vivillon?

Got X this morning and played for 5 hours straight lol. Got Combusken, Charmander, Pikachu, and Frogadier. Thats my current team, I caught a bunch of random guys too. But so far the game is really fun... I love the graphics, super training, all the little mini games, the boutique shops to change outfits, the city designs, and everything else.

How do you notice when you super training a certain stat? Does it shown on the pokemon stats once you've finished super training?
