Spoiler
Yuno Gasai comes from the first world where she had also fought with Yuki to become god. In the first world they both loved each other so they didn't want to kill each other so they plotted a double suicide by ODing. Yuno did not take the drugs, because she believed that with the power of god that she would be able to re-create Yuki, however the power of god can only restore a corpse, not the soul. Scared to live in the world without Yuki she used the power of god to go back in time to be with Yuki once again, thus creating the second world. After making it to the end with Yuki in the second world, he then wants to commit double suicide like the Yuki of the first world, realizing this, Yuno lost hope of the second world and starts her journey to the third world. With the help of Nine the second world Yuki followed her. In order to live in the new world, Yuno must kill the third world Yuno because there cannot be two Yuno, but she was intervened by Nine and second world Yuki. Battle of Yuno versus Nine and Yuki getting trapped commence, but Yuki escapes the delusional world and went to find First world Yuno. Yuki before the battled called the hospital for Third world Yuno which caused a stir for her parents to come rescue her and realize their wrong. The main reason why Yuno went crazy was because of the mistreatment of her parents. So when first world Yuno sees how second world Yuki was able to help Third world Yuno re-unite with her parents and found out that she never really hated her parents, First World Yuno decided there was no more need for herself and killed herself which brought Yuki to become the winner and the god of the second world.

TL;DR Read the damn explanation.

Yuno created it since the second world Yuki wants to end up the same way that the first world Yuki did, double suicide. By creating the third world Yuno can be with Yuki again and hope for a good ending, kinda like restarting a Dating Sim game in order to have a happy ever after.

Finished Sakurasou, liked it, but there's 1 thing I don't understand.

(massive spoilers)
Spoiler

Why wasn't sakurasou demolished? I thought it was all planned. The whole concept of a speech was supposedly only theoretical and never ended up happening. Mashiro never left, so that condition didn't end. What exactly reversed the decision?

edit: rewatched it, apparently they just talked about the past IN FUTURE TENSE. LIKE WTF IM ALREADY CONFUSED IT MADE IT SOUND LIKE IT WAS ALL A DREAM.

On a side note, that plot twist with Yuuko. 2spooky4me. Now I want an OVA :(

Recaps just are frustrating. I feel like the episode before had a lot of recaps and the season in general. Even if it is going to be a recap episode, it should have more new content than this one did. It should appeal to fans a little bit, because we already know everything that happend haha

It was okay, if you're a fan of Shounen anime. Not my personal preferences, but it does has one noticable part so far. I'll just continue to watch it for the heck of it. If you enjoy Fairy Tail, I heard it's similar.

I've never seen Fairy Tale, but if the action in the anime is consistent I'd probably enjoy it. Bleach kept it up for over 100 episodes, but there were times of extreme disappointment such as the number one Espada member being too weak.

Id say that Fairy Tale is pretty decent in the action section of anime, they make pretty much all the antagonists seem overpowered (they are at times) but the one thing that does bother me is that they always end up being beaten by the same characters over... and over... and over again.

Yeah fairytail went some directions I didn't like.

The first 50 episodes were pretty great. Some good feel good moments, some intense action moments, a good amount of mystery and shadowed characters. Laxus arc was great- if not for the story, the action.

However, past this 50 episode mark, many of the arcs were mediocre and some were painfully boring and felt like they needed to be skipped. Excluding the edolas arc of course, because that felt like the best thing that ever happened to the animes. Seriously, such a weird twist haha.

I also liked the S-class mage tournament. The villain was beaten in a way that was frankly stupid, but it tied together some lose ends and
Spoiler
the return of laxus was great.

Some of the worst parts of the anime has to be the entire infinity clock story. Ever since that elvis jello guy came in I just hated the rest. Not a good plot. The country guild tournament was pretty good, but it felt prolonged. It really took forever to get through that. There was so many sections they had to cover.

Yeah lol. I have seen the whole series (although I haven't finished watching the last dragon arc because I got bored and gave up right before they started fighting the dragons.

I just wanted to kinda summarize how I felt about everything that I remembered while watching.

All of the episodes and arcs and short stories give it a real feeling of a fairytale though. hence the name.

I wish netflix would add more episodes (and I wish funimation would dub more)

Livid 10-16-2014 03:57 AM

Fairy tale all together began to fail when they added unneeded characters and such, I eventually dropped it and I might watch it again maybe.

Besides that has anyone else enjoyed the gore, horror, and mystery anime Another.

You should watch Shirobako to learn about the anime industry. There is one reason for this explained in the first episode. To release the recap episode allows the anime studio to have an extra week to work out any kinks in the later on episodes, like unfinished animations. It also allows the staff a bit of a break since they pretty much work the whole time the anime is being aired until the last episode.

Was gonna reply with Kirito's quote of not watching it yet, but nah.
It's about a time a few years after a war and supposedly the Holy Knights have eliminated the Seven Deadly Sins which were known as the strongest warriors. You start in a small bar own by what looks to be a 12 year-old. A knight in rusted armor ends up in his bar and reveals to be a girl looking for the seven deadly sins, because in recent cases the Holy Knights have been acting up and have attacked all notabilities and villagers.

Seven Deadly Sins was good, but the excessive fan service was really unnecessary. I was also disappointed the girl is portrayed as weak, clumsy, and uncaring of sexual harassment, when she has this badass character design and could be so much more.

No, the Fate/Stay Night that's currently airing is the remake of the original series.

Fate/Zero is the prequel to the series, but isn't required to watch.

Just pretend that the 2006 version doesn't exist like the rest of us.

There's the prequel Fate/Zero which is not 100% required to watch, but there is a few references to it in the newest episode.

The newest Fate/StayNight covers the second route in the vn called Unlimted Bladeworks. The 2006 version tried to use all 3 of the vn routes but was a mess.

Like people have mentioned, there is the prequel Fate/Zero which is excellent

Kendama 10-19-2014 03:01 PM

sao II ep 16 was weirrrrddddd but hopefully they bring it somewhere dramatic. If its all about just getting some weird weapon in the game and saving it from and NPC takeover, the plot won't be intense and will be too different from previous arcs. It needs to involve the real world somehow
