Well i mean, I'm not surprised its died down since July we probably wont get gen 2 till next year sometime and we haven't had any major updates in quite a bit.

How's the tracker system looking? I booted it up today and its still the same as it were months ago so have Niantic spoke about this recently? More than happy to play again as long as im not blind

This just hit Texas and Ditto is now out. Some people are reporting their Pokémon they caught are changing to ditto

Yes, "Nearby" tracker is now expanded to all US west of Mississippi River, apparently. Buuuut it sucks. I mean it's nice to be given exact locations, but it doesnt filter out garbage, it isnt organized closest to farthest, "Sightings" are completely gone unless there are zero pokestops within a half mile...

We will be expanding the ability for Trainers to test this updated version of the features and provide us with feedback. Starting today, Trainers in the following areas will now be able to use the new Nearby and Sightings functionality:
United States of America: All states west of the Mississippi River (except Hawaii and Alaska)
Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the western half of Ontario.
Australia: All states and territories


But yeah I agree they pretty much took out all of the sightings Pokémon and just pushed their pokestop nearby by which sucks if you live in a small town.
