Yay destiny rants

Not trying to bag on the game, but I'm seriously considering trading in it at Gamestop for the $24 in-store credit. I haven't played in months and I'm behind on leveling up my gear. Is there a reason for me to keep it anymore unless I just want to repeat the same stuff over and over? The only thing that's holding me back is the amount of time I've already invested into my character.

Yeah cause $24 will get you a better game...

I'm saving up for Story of Seasons. I'm surprised GameStop is still giving $24 for this game. I thought it was dead.

Could probably sell it on eBay or Craigslist for more $$$

It could get you any of the halo games which are much better than destiny.

Well back on topic...

Finally leveled my Hunter to level 20, had a ton of legendaries and exotics sitting in my vault waiting for it.

I've had my Titan, Hunter, and Warlock at level 32 for a month or so now and finally got my last exotic last week. Now with all raid weapons, besides Fatebringer which just refuses to drop, and all exotics I can comfortably put this game down for a while and play Bloodborne without the itch.

For anyone that really puts the end game time in it is a very enjoyable game. Although it has many flaws with the RNG system and the amount of content available, its still an awesome game especially with friends.

For me House of Wolves is make or break. I need enough content to keep playing until comet, and decent content at that. The raid definitely needs to be different in HoW as well. The fact that I can go into Crotas End normal mode and comfortably solo the whole entire raid is just stupid. Don't even get me started on Hard Mode and its glitches. Vault of Glass will still always be awesome.

Ya'll see that Bungie stream with new House of Wolves stuff?

I'm gonna be completely honest, this DLC looks like its gonna be 70 times better than Crota's End.

Of course, Bungie managed to troll me again for allowing OG weapons to be upgraded to 360 some damage right after I scrapped my ol' faithful Shadow Price in the new DLC.

Thoughts on this new DLC?

I was only around for the last few minutes but here's what I caught.

There will be new legendaries and exotics (duh). The legendaries bought from Crucible, Vanguard and Factions will have a stat re-roll function implemented (YES, **** THE HELL, YES.) and post DLC legendaries and exotics can be upgraded for an even higher damage stat.

There apparently will be a new social hub in the Reef, the place where you meet the Queen and stuff. There you will probably get new bounties and gear and stuff.

I think I heard there will be 6 new story missions... Or something about quests, didn't really understand that part. I think a new strike and instead of a new Raid, there is going to be a Fallen-themed horde mode.

Thats all I heard but there's definitely more.

Heh, I have the best Fusion Rifle in the game already. I got it from a vendor package, improved charging speed, paired with when I get kills I gain bonus ammo and each kill lowers grenade recharge time by 10%.
