Speaking of locks.. the keyblock furniture item (handle furniture store) tends to 'forget' the password after a while. I regularly have it happen that the password, even if entered correctly, does not get accepted. I think it might have to do with multiple players attempting to use it simultaneously, but not sure.

Guild Tag Glitch
So I'm not really sure how to approach this one. If a player is wearing a tag at a tower, and then leaves that guild, he can sometimes pk that guild while wearing no tag without taking damage. I've seen it happening a few times.

I can also vouch for this glitch as its happening fairly frequently to our guild now
Still cant figure out how exactly it works but when a player is kicked/leaves sometimes they get immunty to sub guilds |

To be more specific about the bug, the players on the tag that the player was kicked from can damage them, but the allied guilds can't. Sometimes, some allied guilds can hit them. I honestly don't know what the exact conditions are. There's a guy that comes to Sardon's using different outfits and names. He will invest time in asking to join a guild or even helping them off tag for a few minutes just to get recruited, and then he spams a bunch of racist garbage in guild chat just to intentionally get kicked out of the guild so that he can PK you with immunity to your sub tags. "Just report them" sounds like wonderful advice, but I've been doing it for 3 days straight now and he is abusing it at this very moment. I've told people to block him and stuff until it gets fixed. |
Are you kicked from a tower when you change guilds? I suspect that might be a fix to this issue.

I'm not 100% sure if that'd fix it, based on experience. What does fix the glitch is if the player puts on another tag, accepts another guild invite, or reconnects. Quote:

I also agree w/ the tag glitch too. It needs to be fix asapppp because even if players relog, they are still invincible to whatever tag they were previously on. |

If it's the former and not the latter then I can simple check to see what the scripts are doing differently and probably fix it easily. |
I proposed a solution not too long ago that would completely solve the entire "mass-recruiting random people to help defend tower" thing, and thus make this bug moot.
When a new player is recruited to a guild, there is a 10 minute period in which the player is still fully a part of the guild, but cannot help defend a tower if said guild is already in control of said tower. Meaning, as far as the game's mechanics for towers are concerned, that player would not be considered a part of the guild. If 10 minutes go by and the guild is still in control of said tower, that player may now help defend. All problems solved. |
