Jesusss, this DLC is so great, can't wait for Trials Of Osiris. Speaking of which, would any of you like to form a small Graalians guild? Playing with random people is fine, but, I have nothing in common with them, other than Destiny, and I would much rather play with someone who at least has some other common interest.

I can't get past the first mission of HoW I'm afraid, purely because I'm level 25 and the enemies are level 26 and harder to kill, I'm at the end of the mission and I make it wave 3 of the remaining wolves you have to "clean out", but I die every time because of how hard it is to kill 2 reaver captains when they have a full shield and absorb damage because of their high health, my plan is to hit crucible rank 2 by the end of this week and buy the new hunter chest from the crucible dealer which has 488 defence decent abilities and 36 light which should put me at level 27

If you're @ Vanguard rank 2, just do some ROC Strikes or farm public events for easy and fast marks, then grab those gear. You get more out of Strikes than you'd in Crucible.

Run Bladedancer if you have it unlocked and with most perks unlocked as well.

Also use an arc shotgun.

Shotguns were actually buffed in PVE a while ago and now they do 200% more damage.

So they're literally twice as good compared to before the buff.

How? Besides the small updates like the rocketlauncher pickup there is less content in terms of what you can do compared to crotas. Not everyone has a squad of 3 friends at high enough levels to do trials of osiris on a constant basis, and the new safe zone isn't really that special. Raids were what made the dlcs significant, i guess if you never did raids then this dlc is better, but for the majority it seems like a step down and a money grab.

Anyone who bought the season pass only got dark below and house of wolves, which means if you want the house of wolves raid you have to buy another dlc pass or whatever when the comet expansion thing comes out

Less content? wut. The only content introduced in Crotas End was the raid, that is it. House of Wolves introduces four different difficulties of a raid like activity, Trials of Osiris, bounties that have you hunt wanted criminals for treasure keys, and four new PvP maps. Not even gonna mention how you can do the level 28 PoE as many times a week as you like, or the entirely new class of weapon.

Your main point is bitching about no raid in HoW.

Destiny really need a horde mode anyways.

And besides, now you can make use of your pre-HoW and TDB weapons.

Unlike before, you can now buff their damages to fit the new enemy levels.

agreed, you can use whatever gun or piece of armour you want now, instead of wearing crota or VoG raid armour like everyone else which gets kinda boring.

PoE is actually a challenge, I'm happy we got no raid. It's gonna become generic and hard to pull off one after another.

Destiny is still lacking with their gameplay variations.

I hope to see a sort of defense mode. A type of zombie like enemy and you have to hold them off while defending a crashed spaceship. Something with waves that go on for awhile/infinitely gets harder.

That's not a bad idea, slightly almost like a CoD rip off from their zombies, but the difference between doing it in any game vs Destiny is that Destiny has had majority of their content updates/patches that fit the lore and storyline.
