Besides, on the note of hatchasing, if that's how somebody wants to play the game, IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. It's so irritating to see people crying like twelve year old girls because "hatchasers" can do better in a 2D game.

I believe the reason for an assault on "hatchasers" is that there are more of them than "people that tower for fun". Due to this, "hatchasers" are able to tower far more efficiently then "people that tower for fun".

People are just jealous that they can't tower as good as some groups of people labeled as "hatchasers".

That's because a lot of players are 12 year olds.

I agree I have ran into alot of people that say they just tower for fun. But take away the hat reward and everyone gets pissy. I do believe that hard work should be rewarded but everyone gets so greedy and it becomes all about the hat one way or another. Then the fun gets sucked out of it.

How is it fun towering when you have to deal with so many different people, personalities,so much bs,and too many annoying people to make towering "fun" for long. I fail to see how towering is supposed to be fun and enjoyable when your being yelled at or forced to tower constantly and you have no time to just relax maybe do an event or whatever suits you.

Nobody towers for fun. No matter what they say.

If you took away the awards, no guild would ever bother getting over 100 hours.

^agreed. It may start out as just a fun thing to do for newer players but it wont take long before it becomes all about the hat.

that rewards for towering didn't always exist? plenty of guilds did and do it for fun, because THAT'S ONE OF THE ONLY THINGS TO DO IN ICLASSIC
