I have to agree. Very few people care enough to help. How many people here have seen someone being bullied and done something about it?

It's funny how I look over this thread and see "he called me a name so I hit him", good on you buddy, if it happened on the streets YOU would be charged with assault.

Im pretty sure that no-one has hit somebody for the sole fact that they called them a name are you blind as well as stupid?

If this were true, why do charity organizations exist today? What reason would a complete stranger have to care for someone they've never even met before? I suppose the pessimistic answer you can derive from that is to swindle money, but if what you have said is true: would anybody donate to anyone else if they were only for themselves? The answer is no. The truth of the matter is, people do care.

This thread is another example. Simply because you do not care, does not alter the perspective of the world to anyone other than yourself. I can continue to condemn you, for ages upon ages, of harsh, antagonizing criticism on how skewed you've follied. Not to mention how easy it would be, considering it is the popular bandwagon of hate on this thread. However, I understand that society has strongly shaped you and created an impact (for the negative) on your beliefs. You are correct up to a certain limit. This society does have a lack of competence for other people. Other people. People. But you must agree there must be a solution to this practical problem. As there is to any, when given thought.

The solution is fairly simple. It does not involve a whole lot of work, any sort of campaigning or fundraising or anything ludicrous like that. It only requires a change in behavior. Your own. Now how will this fix the issue of a self-centered society? Easy. One less person to worry about. You cannot tackle the issue as a whole and expect a successful outcome, but you can tackle the issue one individual at a time.

So what your saying is we have to kill off the comunity which raised era news one by one?

As era news said, manning up will help. You dont have to go starting all these fights, but when he says nobody is going to care, nobody is going to care as much as you do. I mean, your family might care a lot, but thats just family. People can only feel SO much for you before they just give up. I am all for sticking up for bullying victims and putting bullies in their place, but,
if you really want to stop being bullied, you need to make the bully respect you. He needs to know his limits with you. Some things people do which make them look like targets to bullies are that they cant hold eye contact, they twiddle and move around a lot when put in any pressure, they seem controlled by their mommy, teachers pet, bad hygeine, bad humor, very naive. The truth is most people have an issue in atleast one of these departments. Just have confidence, never let it show that it bothers you, just look at them like they have a ***** where their nose should be and tell them they should learn some better jokes because their sense of humor has run dry\.
