No credentials?

You realize that if all good servers only hired people who had worked at equally good servers in the past nobody would be able to be hired in the first place, right?

Everybody's gotta start somewhere, and there's no reason why that somewhere doesn't have to be iEra.

People can start on your server to get the experience or like a small server. Idk if u have a rule or not that u have to have been an admin somewhere to apply, but like you said "Everbody's gotta start somewhere." Ive been listening to all these people cry about that friends of admin's become an admin because of that reason. Thats not true at all. Half of the administrators' friends arent even admins and probably will never become one. You have to know your stuff whenever your trying to help people thats why they present an application, to test your knowledge of the game.
