Best not to submit hats that are on other servers.

It's not a hat but ok west has the skeleton horse with black shadow around it from classic

Ya well classic is more professional, and unique than other servers. Classic makes their own crap while Era, Zone, and Dull' west steals.

I've seen hats on here from elsewhere, namely UN (from what I've noticed, unless those hats came from somewhere else originally anyway). Granted it isn't often, but just clearing up that it's not 100% original every time.

Use its size and shape and completely change it though that the only thing that remains from its original form is the shape
