Smilz uses alternate accounts to hack. He was using his main account when he was at Sardon's. He also health hacked on his main account for a couple of min and I kept reporting him but he stopped.

Why can't Graal make use of their GP's and have about 2-3 of them monitor the forts? Reports take too long to handle during these scenarios since either they would ignore it or are offline.

I don't see how that is health hacking. Sometimes the health glitches to where it shows the wrong amount of health.

Having a single GP permanently monitoring towers is overstating the amount of hackers in those areas. I'd rather have them searching those soliciting underage nude pictures. Hackers also tend to play in spar arenas so if they were to dedicate a gp to the search of them, he'd most likely be in the Spar Dojo.

Take a second to report these rather than focusing solely on the flag. Don't expect anyone else to do the work for you.

Have a GP monitor towers and that's end of story. Only time I ever saw a GP/Admin @ tower was when vintage would have one of their admins scout before they were close to 1k. Admins are completely useless at this point besides offering hats to people for spending some time, make use of what you can and monitor the god damn game and it's activities. Yeah you get rid of the hackers at spar but what about towers and pk?

There have been plenty of instances where me and fellow guild mates report hackers and yet nothing happens to the hackers. 30 minutes later we get a PM from an admin asking how the person was hacking.

Not saying the report system is always flawed, but its nowhere near optimal

would be nice, except that GP needs to be intelligent and experienced enough to understand what a lag block is and isn't, recognize when a player is intentionally lagging themselves, etc.

my experience with admins at towers = Envy randomly going invisible and scouting/going directly to flag rooms for Vintage, Supreme banning players as they attack his guild, etc.

This right here, but whenever someone wants to bring it up it'll just be shot down because admins are these gods that don't do anything bad.

If your report isn't answered right away then chances are there is no active admins paying attention and thus would be incapable of watching the tower anyways

Thats why they should have a GP like mentioned above who's "experienced" to specifically monitor the tower. What's funny is that most of the GP's have time to be on their player accounts but don't bother to log into their admin accounts. If you have the time to get one your player account for such and such hours, then I'm sure as hell they can do the same while monitoring a tower.

Report system? When has that ever worked? Never in my life have I seen it work. For example I've witnessed several people being harassed and then when they defend themselves they get warned and the person doing the harassing doesn't get any punishment.

You can only access a staff account from a computer. So when we're on our player accounts it's possible that we don't have access to our computer at the moment and we're playing on a mobile device instead.
