Those "ignorant" immigrants follow, for example, the laws of the road, way better than citizens because they cannot afford to be sent back. That tends to go with other laws too.

That study shows that crime rate has been decreasing, and even more so among immigrants, especially in cities were there is a high population of illegal immigrants; San Diego, El Paso, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Miami.
