No. (Most likely) Silver does most of the work, however Carlito/managers has/have to approve everything for quality control, though he rejects it because 1. he doesn't like it or 2. he can't be bothered to implement it into the server or 3. the project is too large for the current staff team (or 4!! He's AFK or hasn't logged on to view it) . The current system unfortunately works in a way that everything must go up and through the hierarchy for anything to actually be done - resulting in the distinct lack of content/good **** in zone.

Coding is the #1 problem. Things need coded. Silver knows some coding (I don't know the extent) but he also does levels. Management has always been the problem. Ideas come easy, but judgement, work, and leadership is what's needed.

Wait who's Carlito ? I got skype messages from him awhile back Ithink (Isn't he from delteria? or me thinking another person?) I highly disagree with these managers that always have to approve on something, if the majority of staff like and think could be good for game then there should be way round that, whats alex think of these ideas? .. When I was staff for zone I made my own project[never completed but done few stuff for it-mainly because I've only done basic scripts and that I didn't have rights for most stuff as a gfx(But everyone should have all/most on dev..] So if its idea's that have to be approved thats some bs even on Ol' for instance noone asked clown to make anything other than what was needed but he made house ingame that has working football scripts and also a quests to find books/keys etc around map.

Alex was incredibly inactive so he resigned, looks like zone is in dire need of scripters and developers (since silver was the only dev on zone for so long, if im not wrong)

Zone could have had more developers / scripters if the old management wasn't so inactive. (alex/fried)

If I was unixmad I'd tell delteria staff to get zone upto scratch(okay they haven't had much releases but the stuff on that server is quite good overall) give them the opportunity to make zone better in exchange delteria gets released(As I still doubt its release is near as how zone is atm)

Bwt so is this Carlito guy the manager and Silver (didn't he do levels i've not seen anything script wise etc about him) And if so who's doing the recruitment now? is there actually any highers in each category? As when I was there most gfx's left due to bad management-i.e the higher did fk all,yes you mr.simons. and the ones who did work wasn't rewarded even when me/others wanted to expand on stuff we had to moan for decade for the rights, even then it became a deadbeat relying on highers to do stuff.

Carlito is a PWA and Manager of Delteria. His Skype got hacked last time, prob why you got a message from him

Deltaria is a bigger mess then zone is, have you played it recently? It's got so many bugs that make it nearly unplayable

Delteria should be merged with Classic, and its staff be transferred to Zone.
