lag is a networking term which describes any fluctuation or delay, which includes warping, delaying, slowing down then speeding up, etc.

Delayers are just going to disagree with me. I can careless whether your cheating or not Sarah no one knows except you so I'm not going to assume anything on that context. But to go out and have you guys disagree that you don't have advantage then there's an issue, because from what I see we always spar you guys and your only excuse is that you're always sparring as if everyone is delaying so you have experience advantage. Also for some random reason from my screen, you seem to delay differently the lower your health gets that's what I mean by inconsistent delay and it's not like you spar differently.

My ping is usually 60-120 ms not the lowest on graal not that I live close to the server.

Ya, you just have to invest the time in finding an exploit somewhere in the server code and then code a weapon injector and inject your own scripted NPC into the server to lengthen your sword and then find a way to hack RC access and add that NPC to your player account

Seems about as reasonable as something that makes you delay more when your HP gets lower

sarah i believe you live in france. I'm just saying I know a lot of french sparers who's hitbox is a few steps ahead of them, while yours is more unpredictable. To be honest i didn't want to be bishing about it anyways because you are technically hittable but its just really hard to get hits on you compared to the general population of french sparers. Have you ever even seen me 1v1? You'd know that I spar completely different and I don't play defensive unless I'm around 1hp lower than the other person. I was sparrer yesterday night you can ask any of the people I sparred there if I was defensive and I'm sure they'll tell you I wasn't.

I don't know much about how cheating on graal works. But I've sparred for 6 years and haven't encountered a hitbox like sarah ever. Suspicious of her delay being different due to more than JUST her location. Not saying she's cheating but if a staff member found out she was doing something to make her hitbox so hard to hit. i wouldn't be surprised either. I'm just saying why people have the right to question it, its not even complaining its more just like speaking on facts and trying to figure out if its something she can't change or not. (something staff would have to do)

i sparred a Brazilian in the quick spar room. He had an insane delay + warp every 5 sec.
i sparred Bradd and David M.(both from Netherlands). almost no delay and no lag.

i never understood this. last time i made this -> thallen u said distance is all it matters.
but if one manipulates their internet speed, could it be possible that we could delay+lag?

It's not land distance, it's the the distance and number of hops it takes on your route to the server + the stability of your internet

If you're on a Windows PC, you can open up Command Prompt and type "tracert graalonline.com" for an example (that won't show you your ping to the server, it's just an example)
It takes me 13 hops to reach that server, it might be different from you, it's not like the data travels in a straight line, it has to reach checkpoints and get routed to the right place

Some ISPs are given a better route to the server, like Australia is known for having bad underwater cables and low competition between ISPs so it usually sucks for them, and then lesser-developed countries have worse infrastructure thus worse routes to US servers, etc.

Shoutout to graal the only game where delaying and lagging gives you the advantage.

I never said I was a lag expert or know anything. I'm speaking from the observation of my screen if you were to delay or lag in any other game you get penalized. On graal someone lagging freezes and reappears and gets the most random hits and the delayer has his hitbox far away from their character...

I have wondered why people in France lag/delay so much more than I do. I am of 4hour driving distance to Paris (Sarah lives there) but i've never gotten a complaint on my delay/lag.

French players like Alex83 (lives country side) and ant don't have a notable delay. They delay in a sense that shiden delays, it's minimal.

Can't think of an active sparrer that delays near as bad as Sarah.

Sugar delays as bad as Sarah for sure (and maybe kosiris sometimes), not that it matters they're all just good sparrers.

We always had people who delayed pretty badly on graal like meryl, renee, macen, etc but they never managed to win a substantial amount of tournaments/notable stuff because skilled players would always beat them.

LOL I've seen many French players that lag worse than I do but unfortunately they are noobs each time I see one I add them. Alex pmed me that he had 200+ ms earlier and ant had obvious delay.

A year ago I uploaded a bunch of videos of myself sparring AND I'm showing what wifi I'm connected to, my latency and no vpns connected also I'm showing my location. I would do it again but I'm not jail broken anymore and I can't find screen recording apps. Just because you hate me because I beat you doesn't mean that you have to lie.

Put sugar and Sarah in a gh next to each other and hit both with one swing. Sarah will delay more. Regardless, she can't help it so it doesn't matter.

Laughing at qes' statement, what is amazing is that when sarah isn't lagging as bad (when she went to Barcelona) You get to see her movement without the warping and its incredible probably one of the best sparrers in terms of movement if not the best.

we should've done that screen to screen thing back in april. it'd help a lot of people to understand this whole delay stuff.

My input is that its a damn flash game on the internet at this point and on mobile devices and people who have all of this down to a science need to get a hobby. Just sayin'
