The hat display stand is off center (or maybe just unevenly drawn) one pixel to the right in the down facing orientation.

• Accessories now show up where they once weren't showing up (grab, hurt, pull, push, and passenger mounts(driver only, though))
• Fixed accessories being off by 1 pixel when facing left

While this seems to be a topic that is talking about fixing certain issues on graal. There is one serious issue I think graal does infact need to find a fix on.

Graal for some reason can cause a pretty devastating glitch that can oddly delete someone's account unless you completely reinstall the application. Not sure if this can happen on PC but I seen about 3-4 times now it can on Mobile devices.

First time I saw this it happened shortly after the castle update. I married Kara as a troll to annoy her but oddly she glitched out very weirdly. I was warped to inside my GHs building and the marriage light above me was happening, I laughed a bit and went outside and I was gonna make a joke to Kara. And her account was literally pretty much completely wiped. I mean it said she had like 2 Minutes, everything was changed it even told her she had to do the tutorial. It was like a fresh noob account. I invited her to guild house and was shocked and confused, I invited a few other of my friends and they couldn't stop laughing. They as all like " Remember all your uploads, Mounts, items? All gone. Back to noob again".

She reinstalled graal and her account was fine apparently. Although it was a funny incident I saw it happen again in some towering where when the tower was taking over my friend Zack who was in my guild and he also randomly lagged out

and had his account glitched out and said he was noob back at Balamb. And I told him reinstall graal Because I thought it must've been what Kara went through. And when he reinstalled graal his account came back but everything in his house and guild house was gone. Literally everything. I even saw it myself absolutely everything from gralats to furniture was gone. Completely wiped out and it never came back.


Last event happened on me myself. I joined a event for Mashboyellis and it was flat capture. It lagged me out put me in Balamb and wiped my account as well. I reinstalled graal and logged in but I lost like random furniture, I lost my favorite event hat which I'll never get again probably. A mount. Mostly all my food. And random other hats. And to prove I'm not lying I'll ask any admin to watch this video

It was a old video when the new houses came out. But you can clearly see I am wearing the event hood, And I had my wolf mount. Now I will allow any admin to look into my hats and mounts. Those items in that video are not there. No matter where you look. They are gone. I sent 2 tickets to Toonslab and even put the link to that video in it and they never even bothered to watch it. So I know I'll sadly likely never get my account items back. I am still contacting some admins but none seem to be able to help.

I'm hoping this issue hasn't happened to many other people.i really don't. I hope admins can fix this issue so it doesn't wipe and delete random items or things or peoples accounts anymore. My items are probably gone for good because just how Toonslab is and since there is no admins that can help me I guess I lost my favorite hat and some stuff forever. Which is why I hope this is fixed so this doesn't ever happen to anyone else. Despite it kinda being rare to happen it is still something that kinda should be immediately fixed before it causes serious problems.

This is actually a serious issue and you should get all your items back.

Considering the fact no admins have helped me, And Toonslab has completely ignored the video I showed them showing concrete evidence I had at least 2 of the items that no longer exists on my account I posted even on this forum and it's been over a month since I lost them. I think my chances of ever getting my items back are pretty non-existent at this point actually lmao sad but true actually despite how much I want em back they probably aren't gonna just cuz sometimes graal is a pain in the spine.

I've had images not update for months until I deleted the filenamecache file. Most common issue is heads or bodies not showing at all until the cache is cleared and they actually download.

Still waiting for a clear cache function lol

A clear cache function would have to be implemented at the client level. Give up any hope now. Then again, if you were to delete your cache, it's not that much extra data to just reinstall the app.

Yeah but reinstalling it and having to reidentify is a huge pain

I've lost items in the past as well, and even locked gralats in my gh. Nothing was done about though and doubt there is anything that can be done.

I feel admins probably could do something about it. But probably too busy or perhaps lazy to do anything about it. I gave admins absolute concrete proof I had those items. And what admins do? Nothing. Even Toonslab did nothing. I just hope admins fix this. My friend actually this morning lost everything hat he had. Even the noob hats oddly.
