Thats why you do one ****ing project at a time not multiple projects at once. If era got their **** together and actually worked on one project at a time things would go so much faster

Sometimes staff work on another project when their first project needs something they can't get to at the moment, so it can actually be faster to work on multiple projects.

When we get told boats will be released soon and then have a very long wait is what annoys us.

I get Pms all the time from people asking why I "quit" and I tell them I was fired. They say why. I say abusing powers apparently. Maybe I did since I was a bit new. One thing is certain. I actually did my job to the best of my abilities. I always gagged players using foul language, after a warning. After that they got jailed. Never did I ban anyone. That's against the rules for a new PR. But yeah I was fired for doing my job. But it was for the best. I went through a mental breakdown shortly after. Some people witnessed that through my crazy lies and post.

No. It's about the fact that the server needs admins who care. But era is on some soul selling type stuff. Don't conform to their ways your rep goes poof and you're fired.

Whats up with the pointless fighting? All she was doing was explaining her story, and you can't say they don't fire for that, cause that is easily possible. Doesn't matter if she was new or not, abusing powers is abusing powers. I believe her, lots of admins were fired for dumb reasons, well the good ones anyway. Can we keep the topic at hand and not go off track? I find forum arguments stupid and pointless. It won't get you anywhere.

I don't know her, but all I can say is I agree on the fact that the good admins get fired for stupid reasons. You guys can go off on one another, but not in a thread please? Pm is just fine for that. And like I always say, arguing gets threads deleted.

I'd just say, be happy we give you constant updates from a small staff team, that doesn't even get paid.

Unlike other MMO's who gets updated once a year with ****ty updates, containing a full studio.

I guess all servers have their own different problems, I like iEra and I play iEra, avoid the mean and bad players and just have fun.
