Bottom left house looks awful because it used custom tiles for the rooftop, eventually they made it so you could walk on top of it and there were tables and stuff to sit at

Was so good because everyone would PK at area0 and then Rusty's spar was just one level there to the left, plus the events house was the house to the right of contego's NPC so everything you'd ever want to access is within a few steps of each other, really easy server to play
