Not for Matt how it seems like. First when he said positions are avaiable and if I would get a chance he said "Sure PM me on Skype". I was like O.o... about 2 months ago and still no message from him.

Befor i staretet with graal i was a Trial GM by Metin2 we had 18 servers and we was 120 GMs
But i had to quit because of my school exam D:

Metin 2 has over 15k online players...
And only 125 GMs
When graal would get 2000-5000 online players than should be 30-50 GPs

But graal has just 1200-2500 online players so should be 20 GPs enough

It can differ on when they're all available. All 20 could be on at one time then at another time none can be on. The number isn't as important as the timezones.

Daphne Graal's player base doesn't seem to nearly be 10,000 players that come online daily. Maybe we could use more GPs but as many other people in this thread have been saying its good to find qualified people from various time zones, simple as that.

They're probably hired and paid adults, not players straight from the game with no motivation to do their job

Ah the wonders of games that actually f**king pay their employees for the time and work they put into the game. Maybe staff would spend more time and work more of they actually got something for it.

It's our fault. We aren't buying enough gralat packs and our expectations are too high.
