Besides the colour scheme, they are less similar than regular Latias and Latios. Get your head out of your ass.

No they already are ingame, but they'll probably come in a future event. It's just a hacker who entered into 3ds and modified stuff to make them appear

I don't even think the eyes are different. The pictures were obviously not taken at the same time, and this may be just a place holder. I bet that this is Mega Latios, and MegaLatias never got a design.
Or maybe there are two Mega Stones that both can use.
