How about a little jetpack that's like bubble or rainbow powered. Maybe it can be as fast as a horse but think of it as a little useless toy like the angel wings or special boots

How about bringing back special emotes? I have the ellybelly and egg ones, and i know there were others.
It doesn't seem like much, so maybe it could be an extra emote based on what the main theme or item of the month is. Or it could sold at the oasis along with the variations of the monthly item
