As for the application process, I find it to be extremely pathetic in terms of who you choose to hire.

I've asked multiple GP's to read my report or straight up warp to me and deal with a speed or health hacker in spars/towers or even bking. Not once has there been a single result, I've had one reply and that reply was "I'm off duty right now please contact someone else"

You're right, there are things that slip by. Unfortunately the highers ups can't catch them all. Hopefully with the new year these types of things won't happen anymore.

As for the off duty thing, technically they can be off duty but personally I was never fond of the idea because I always thought it was point to be on your staff if you weren't going to do anything.

It depends on a couple factors. One of them is what the ban was for. In most cases, that is going to be fine.

I dont understand peoples hate for paddie and whenever I've asked several people why they hate her and they just say "shes annoying" thats not a reason to ban someone. Just block her and move on.

She won't be banned till she starts cussing. Annoyance doesn't warrant a ban. Voltzy is a prime example of that.

She's was being reported for harrassing people and swearing long before I got banned - seems like since I was banned she's been worse from what I've heard.

Have those reports banned her? Probably not considering she's still roaming. If admins consider her to be annoying to an extent sure.
