Drink water before eating so that you don't have to eat too much

This actually works.

Also since I don't play on graal that much anymore..I started jogging around the lake which I think was 2500m(?) and maybe try to excercise outside during breaks. Works for me, give it a shot?

Don't fall for it! It may be lower in calories but it contains substances that'll increase the chances of you getting cancer.

At least I'll die happy drinking a diet Dr Pepper

With diet and a few exercise I went from 92kg (last years school record where the teacher weigh us every year.) to 83kg. I'm like 5'8 ~ 5'10

Good on you :) exercise is really fun once you settle into it. It's worth it.

Before anyone grabs their pitchforks at this, look up intermittent fasting.

Lol that kinda sounds like something you could easily do if you were just really careless or super focused on something.

I remember going on a day without food because I was binge-playing Warframe. I didn't really get too hungry because I wasn't really doing anything physically intensive.

In that case though I probably shouldn't have done that because I was pretty underweight at the time and still am in a way.

I think wrestlers do this routine as well. A couple of friends of mine who do wrestling sometimes have to fast in order to get into their desired weight-groups.

In gym class they weigh kids to measure their BMI during fitness week or something.
