It doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. If you follow what I just said, your email will be prioritized and your account transfer will happen much more soon.

Keep in mind IP address and other stored information will be checked on both accounts to ensure someone is trying to scam you. NEVER GIVE YOUR EMAIL AWAY TO ANYONE just in case though.

The point is it doesnt have to say I can , if it doesnt state anything then im allowed to. Here is your logic. For example it is illegal to spar on a 2nd gen ipod because it doesn't state you can in the rules. It is obvious you can spar on whatever device, but with your logic it is illegal because the rules dont say you can.

some rules are just common sense, sadly you seem to be lacking it

I never saw it stated once while playing iera. All they said was to not give your emails away because someone can scam you.
