In order for Ebizou to reach its current top 9k plus hours, how many players in Era were exactly used? Countless.
Indeed, temporary recruiting and kicking are legal. Using players to base and kicking them is legal. ( meaning you would not get penalized, i.e jailed, banned for it) But it does not mean it is right. Some people call that strategy. But no, getting a player to base when he/she is online and removing him/her the second he/she goes offline is merely taking advantage of him/her.
The reason they have high hours is because they kick a member once they go offline and recruit more and this cycle repeats continuously. If there is always a full 25 member gang, not including allies, how can they not have top hours?

Anyway back to the topic. If you have played iEra since a year and a half back. You would realise that all the most loyal members who served Ebizou wholeheartedly have all been kicked after they spent their whole Era life in basing for Ebizou due to a simple reason that they can no longer base 24/7 non stop, or they stopped joining back because they were tired of being kicked every single time they went offline.
An important point is, the success of a gang is not solely based on it's leader. Credit should go to its members too.
But in the gangster zone building, and the train station all we can see is just Mayu statues. What happened to the ex members who fought so hard to get it's 9000+ hours. They are clearly forgotten and disregarded. Credit is only given to Mayu. What about them?

A gang hat is an appropriate award. Every gang has equal opportunity to get it as long as 1500 hours is reached. A spar gas mask is similarly an appropriate award, every player has a chance to get it as long as 10,000 spar wins is obtained.
However, looking back at this case, is it a guarantee that every gang will get it's own base building at 7k plus hours ( in reference to Gz building) and a train station at 9k hours ( in reference to Ebizou train station)?
Fairness is extremely important in giving out rewards for all players and gangs. Rewards ought to be given out based on a standard specified benchmark stated clearly.

A game ought to be players-centric, and not tilted towards any individual no matter how good he or she is.
Finally, judging from all the negative feedback from Era, Graalians, and Facebook, it would certainly be better if the train station is changed to a more neutral one, for example Era train station.

Seeing as how this thread will be locked or removed when i wake up, id simply like to state that Ebizou Base is already acting cocky; their GN is "We got Station because we are BEST gang with BEST gang hour's". i guess having a gang who needs 100 people to hold a base is the new definition of BEST for iEbi now. Spreading my +rep through this thread before i head off to bed. Night!

The only thing i can give credit for really besides the station itself (amazing, dampened by mayus presents) is the statue is amazing, and i applaude whoever made it, i dont know if anyones taken the time to notice but they havent done a recolour of mayu and enlarged, theyve sculped her with amazing detail, similar to what i did on my ipad with my adiam devian drawings, soya its really good, just plonk that inside ebis bar/base thingy and make a cool one, since theres bias about who the statue is, make it of someone on pc who was important in dedication to them.
