ALBUS HELP! My game sounds don't work on my iPad :(

When we ask for stuff to get fixed something else always manages to get screwed up in the process. It could always just be me.

When looking at a window such as the guild roster menu, and you get a guild message, it just pops on the screen over the menu you have open. Then, when you close the message, it screws up the guild roster menu or whatever menu you were viewing so that it just goes blank...please fix.

The spawn point for when an admin warps you into the Jump & Run event is off, if you move a certain direction you can basically escape the "entrance gate" early and get a head start in the event. It happened for at least 5 people each time I play the event.

Sometimes people are able to pm me even though they're not on my buddy list and privacy options are enabled.

Same thing with the "block offline PMs" option. It seems that neither are working.

Also, my player keeps glitching. After a few minutes playing I often can't throw bombs anymore.
My player will pick them up and keep holding them. I basically am running around with a bomb the whole time. It's sticking to that even when I get hit or die.
The bombs and arrow counter at the right of my screen wont update properly anymore either unless I open my profile and click on the icons.
I can place bombs just fine though.

This is very very very annoying to someone who is a guild leader as myself.
I dont know if this happens on iDevice, but on facebook, when kicking members if you have a message up, and you press close while on the members page, it will close the members page and it will make it not load the new few times you try and bring it up.

This happens to me all the time, I know everybody knows what im talking about when I say the members page wont load.

We seem to have a bandit show up from time to time with 4 hearts. Not the bandit leader, just a regular bandit that has more hp... idk if it's intentional?

Idk if its been mentioned before,if its an issue with my phone or if its an actual bug. I just switched to an HTC Note 3 from an Iphone so I'm used to playing on an Idevice and not sure where the issue is. The problem is when I go to type a message in gc the message box takes up my whole screen and I cant see whats going on in game while I'm typing.

Just wondering if this is a bug,or something I need to or can adjust in my phone? And if anybody can help me fix it so the text box is normally how it is on top of my screen like it was on Idevice?

This also made me wonder if there are other issues or bugs I may not be aware of on Android devices since its a new system that Graal hasn't been available on for very long?

This is a device issue... There are many different devices so ofcourse graal won't be the same on all devices like you are experiencing now. You should be able to adjust it if you google a little bit but I'm not sure about it.
So basically it just depends on which device you use and if you can't change the keyboard you will have to get used to it :/

There are a lot of weird issues with iPad controls right now. Players are saying when they use their sword upwards, it swings left. Stuff like that. Some are saying they can't run and slash at the same time. It will suck if that isn't cleaned up before the GST.

I am noticing other issues with my new android phone. The control is buggy meaning it just seems to randomly tweak and I will just stop moving and the screen will slightly move like I'm trying to drag the screen over to view something. Again Idk if its just on the Note 3 device,but If I go in any shop and click on an item if I wanted to purchase it. It pops up as tiny and it can be difficult to hit cancel to get it back off my screen and avoid purchasing it. I have know idea if there is anything I can do to make those or any messages pop up normal sized. I can't find any settings on my phone that I could adjust to fix the problems or at least make it so they aren't so bad. Starting to miss my Iphone.

Any suggestions???

I have an iPad and despite numerous complaints, I can't replicate any sort of issues with it. The only issue I seemed to have is that the detection of the dPad seemed insanely small.

I haven't been around in a while though, so I can't say who may have touched it, if anyone did. Also it makes it hard to accurately say for example if the size of the dPad was actually made smaller since I can't quite remember.

^ this I'm using an ipad 4 and this is insanely annoying this happened along with that new font thing and I've also noticed this on my iPod 4g.
If you're not the Pking/sparring/GS type you probably wouldn't notice it.

Edit : i really want an option to make the dpad even smaller I've never liked large or the normal one and I really want an option to move the dpad into a set area like exactly at the bottom left of the screen.

My d-pad and Ipad both feel normal, nothing of such are happening to us unless this an attempt at something~Fuu

I know it doesn't get used often but can you fix the bugs in the race horse track???

It seams like every time after you completely a lap or two then when you come back around to the start/finish line and if you don't hit it perfect it tells you that you are going to the wrong direction and you have to go back. Its all ready enough of a beotch competing against all hat chasers that have the track memorized to have to go back and re go through something you missed. Can you at least consider widening the range to successfully hit the required spot so its easier to get through with out any set backs?

Not exactly a bug, but minor request. Whenever new stuff is added (ie 3D shop; trialpay) to the main menu, can we please add it to the bottom and not the top? I hate having to pause to search for the friends list or guild button on the menu because everything has shifted. Itd be nice if all the most frequently used buttons stay where they were.

O, an actual bug: Some of the privacy options havent been working for awhile now. The "Offline PMs" and "PMs from Friends Only" arent working. I dont know if this is a problem for everyone, nor if this is an absolute thing or if only some people are somehow getting around the privacy features.

ALSO, this has bugged me for a while (bad pun).

If you go to your menu, then 'guild' tab, then 'manage guild' then 'show' (show members) it will not always show your members/load your members. Sometimes this requires going all the way out of the menu and going back through said steps in order to make it work... not sure as to the exact reason or replication steps, but I will have a look when i get a chance and update (if its not already dealt with).

I believe some Bandits have more health than others.

Just wondering did the issue of furniture you recently placed in your house and if you log off/or leave your house and them not getting saved properly ever get fixed?

I just put in a "hidden paths" mini game in my ph the other day using the pool and fences. Everytime I fix it then leave my house,or log out then when I go back in you can see the fences and I have to change the layering so they are hidden again. Is there something I can do so it stays like its supposed to permently?

I brought it to the attention of Stefan but I don't know if he ever fixed it.

Loading error is literally a sick guy.. there is no use trying to tell him anything. Notice how many ignore him to this day, not all but many.

My fireworks have an issue (might be related to the layering thing) where they shift just one or two tiles in a random direction seemingly every time I log out... I am constantly placing them again as a result...

Two-player mount glitch to clone a character.

1. Invite someone to your 2-player mount.
2. Let someone invite your guest to theor 2-player mount.
3. The real person will go on the mount that he/she was invited on but the old 2-player mount will have a clone of that player on the back.

That was fixed a LONG time ago.

It worked yesterday so 'a long time ago' is not true unless the bug was fixed and suddenly worked again.

i get a ton of lag with 2p mounts, as well... and the character on the back seems to change colors as I run around with them...

I always seem to move to fast and loose my passenger or they lag off my mount.

not a bug but a request: a hotkey to queue for queueable things, like spar, arrow game, etc. on the FB client
sounds spoiled, but every other UI button has a keyboard hotkey assigned to it and good lord do I hate reaching for the mouse to re-queue when I spar in side rooms

on my iPod it's transparent, on PC it isn't
half the PC players I ask see it as transparent, other half see it as white
not sure what caused that

Is it gif? I recently noticed that gif transparency acts very weird on the different versions of Graal. If it's not animated, it's best to use PNG.

If it is animated... well good luck. The only help I can offer is what Stefan told me: "Try to turn off gif optimization, there is problem because of black or redraw. Most of the time it's not saving a lot of file size"

android crashes when viewing gifs in statuses and guild pictures. I dont have animations turned on but idk if animated items affect it also

The guards and most other NPCs that just stand there change into your morph if you are wearing one!

I asked 3 other PC players today and they see it with the white background, it's so ugly, I HATE MY GUILD FOR IT, PLEASE FIX IT

I am in the bandit cave, going to jump down into the hole (underneath the boxes) to get the purple chests. I got killed by a baddy and I seem to be stuck moving right VERY slowly.
Tried going to house, but that didn't help. I tried getting on my mount, which allows me to move around somewhat, but my directional is constantly going right, at about .25 speed.

to add to this, when I said 'unstuck me' it warps me to the orphanage, but upon returning to the bandit room where this all started, I get thrown randomly into a pile of boxes, unable to move...

I've uploaded the fixed version with a different name (and took the old one and re-added the new one to your team) so it doesn't get loaded from people's caches. You will need to update your slots/outfit.

Having a message open in the background then trying to search players or guilds will cause the window to close.

This is more of a exploit when 2 people take a tower they can flip tags and take to warp everyone out of the tower making it impossible to take (ex deadwood)

This also isn't really a bug more of a concern but graal doesnt hide cached files on android allowing anyone to view (or steal) them

When you are on the back of a 2-player mount and enter your house you can keep unsticking yourself forever.
