Anime this season has a nice line up; Charlotte, Gakkou Gurashi, Gate, Kekkai Sensen https://i.imgur.com/g6cYnyw.png, Overlord, Gangsta, and DBS will probably fit your tastes.

Knights of Sidonia, Shingkei no Bahmut, Certain Magical Index/Certain Railgun, Hamatora, Future Diary, previously mentioned Log Horizon (animation is weak, story is really good), Beyond the Boundary, Kill la Kill, K, Black Lagoon, Hunter x Hunter, Hellsing Ultimate, Boku no Pico, Fate/Zero, Fate/Stay Night UBW (Ufotables one), Evangelion, Death Parade, Aldnoah.Zero, Akame ga Kill, Sword Art, and Attack on Titan from my list.

Sword Art, Attack on Titan being the two biggest recent series. Biggest series though, Boku no Pico.

Charlotte is going well so far, I like how they made the main character be such a **** with his abilities.

My personal favorite mangas are Assassination Classroom, Drifters, and Tokyo Ghoul.

Although I do admit, Tokyo Ghoul has been drying up for me. The newer chapters seem pretty boring.

Rokka no Yuusha is another good action/fantasy series running this season.
And Gatchaman Crowds is a very cutesy-patootsy series. Action/futuristic.

Cool, I'll try some of these out too.

1) Kissanime is very good but are normally late to put up the subs of a show so i would recommend NWAnime who are pretty quick but their video player isnt the best
2) Hunter x Hunter, Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood, Fate/Zero and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure would be my recommendations
3) One Punch Man. Its the only manga you need

For legal sites Crunchyroll is number one, has probably the most titles for English subs. For *looks behind* illegal sites, Kissanime is quite popular, can't watch it with adblock on though. I personally prefer Anime Rush.

For anime this season has quite a good batch of action fantasy series, I highly recommend Overlord, Rokka no Yuusha and Gate:. All surprising series that showed up with those nature you're looking for. Past series I would direct you to Hunter x Hunter which looks childish upfront but is a masterpiece on it's own. Any other Graalians here can vouch for that.

Manga I'd say One Punch Man, not much of a fan of action manga, prefer romance and drama, so don;t know much.

You can watch Kissanime with Adblock, you just gotta mess with it and give the site a false negative. probably an easier way to do it, but I'm just running tampermonkey with a anti-adblock killer script.

Non-Japanese SE Asians apparently speak Engrish, yes? It was a good movie, but the story felt so much different from the usual PP.

Finally got to see that Psycho Pass movie.
