Oh god, I didn't even see this thread and I'm regretting trying to reply to it even now. I've never been good at this, here it goes:

Technically, the scarecrow is Toonslab's now. If it's truly a problem I'll take it down. I know the whole 'buying graphics' thing is flawed, and that the files are really easily accessible to anyone with iFile, but as for those who don't use it and may buy the graphics, cool. If they don't buy it- well- I'll be upset that you're using my graphics without permission, but I knew perfectly well it was a possibility as soon as I uploaded it publicly like that.

It's an extra buck on the side that I don't mind getting right now. No one is forcing anyone to buy anything.

DIDNT YOU SEE??? there is an extra page with an invisible button NEARLY impossible to click on, the font is off white on a white page, size 0.1 text, WRITTEN IN COMIC STANS, and reads "im scamming you" this page is totally legit 1!1!1, just all the terms and agreement

You're selling something you don't own. If you want to avoid unixmad's "international lawyers" you should probably take it down.

So you have no problem taking some derpys money knowing that once he uploads the graphic to the server it will be free for everyone to use(something that he might be clueless about? I guess you really want to send your sister on that trip.

Don't bring that into this. I'm no trying to take advantage of anyone. Keep in mind that using iFile or anything to get these files is taking someones' artwork without their permission as well, and/or taking Toonslab's property. I'm not saying this is reason for charging for my work, but I price and sell my items hoping that people will at least have the decency to give credit. If I knew no one would be getting these files directly off the game or from their friends, I'd be a lot happier just making the customs cheaper.

Instead of buying already made graphics, why not add an option to pay for artists to make graphic requests?

Even if it gets stolen eventually I'm sure they'd still be happy to have it.

It's toonslab's property and you can upload it/redeem it in-game to use it.
It's illegal to sell their property for your own profit. If Toonslab takes action, not only Soulslayer but any affiliates will get punished/sued. It's like pirating a movie and selling it

agree, pay an artist to make a graphic requests/edit.

People actually offer me itunes or $$ to make them heads, but I declined cause I heard they are able to get a refund even if they received their product.

Was going to say, you can just do that in-game, but it's probably easier with real transactions on some site.

Still, pixel artists should make their own site if they want to sell heads, not use someone else's blog.

I feel bad because I know some new players are going to fall for this and it just sucks to see
