The actual artist is Paul Atrocity. NCS is the label, and you have to follow the request of the artist and NCS if you want to use their music in a video.

but then explain the ones that are permanently gone from their channels. they can't be claimed royalty-free now that those aren't under the ncs label..
and also, if Unixmad uses these for advertisement, that's no longer considered as individual ugc.. so that means he needs to get a permission for commercial license?

and for anyone who is adding appstore, playstore, and amazon store badges, you need to follow their badge guidelines (they all require specific dimensions, and need to have set amount of space around them, based on their dimensions). They also need to be the latest badges, not outdated versions.

yeah so basically they want more money... and if user breaks the contract, we'd have to pay even more... smh contracts.

if I owned ncs, i wouldn't even ask youtube to start a copyright claim and then people have to figure it out on their site to unlock it. why start a claim in first place, when they guaranteed all of their music is free?

If you want to say that to me, then put my name in it. I do feel guilty stopping Lia from using NCS music, but I've been truly backstabbed by them.

Just defending my statement once again. They remove some musics that has broken contracts or retired contracts. ZERO protection for users.
As a person who created videos for Graal and other video games, there's nothing more annoying than having a copyright claim in your mailbox. It can be a copyright strike(worse version), if you're using it for Commercial purposes, also probably a sue too.

I'm done replying about Copyrighted musics now that I think I covered all of my statements. But Jarace said this contest will accept NCS music FYI.

The only problem would be using ncs tracks in a monetized graal video, and not have a license. That’s the only thing that would be bad, but for your channel.
