Added a noob image and made the direction button change it.

It's looking good, but I downloaded the application and had literally no idea how to operate anything. The health button didn't work either. There should really be an open file button clearly placed on the primary tab of the application in my opinion.

Health button? Um..?
If you mean the help button, I haven't been focusing on that; I mainly want to do the functionality.
The open file button would be messy.
And it is just a Beta.
I'm going to make it pretty much the same as the Windows version.

This is pathetic. I'll make an HTML5 gani viewer by the end of the day.

Will it fix the R/G/B transparency problem or does that have to be done through a paint program (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)?

If the image has transparency issues, you have to fix it via Photoshop or Gimp.

I've been done with it for a while, but uploading all the ganis/heads/bodies/swords/shields/etc that I have on my computer to my server will take ages. I actually left it on overnight.
