Interesting Object

I don't know if anyone else noticed or has answers to this. But it seems the tables next to Delta Islands Battle Arena have been replaced with this rather interesting object. What is it though?

a health bar thing with a pillar on the bottom of it.

Clearly, but why is it there? What is its importance?

It's been spotted in multiple locations. Maybe a health refill spot or used to warp to locations?

Yeah I've spotted a couple. In York, Delta, and at the Stables.

It's also in Snow Town, Deadwood, Swamp, Destiny, and Mod Town

So far I found a total of 10.

I'm scared ��

WarpRing? or Some kind of landmark -to battle for the spot maybe? possibly link in with new guild system... Or could be one of them hope for the server things again.

Deadwood ( below the tower)
Swamp ( bottom left off swamp by tables)
Snow ( below where the old snow tower use to be)
Onnet (beside the onnet Forst)
Mod ( left side off mod next to the axe people)

Graal city / Balamb / Big City / Angel clan don't have

Also stables has 1

These are in areas that have been gone, like Club Crypt or the Showdown Tower.. Maybe that's a clue?
