Just recently i have quit classic and came to the land of era. Era is 20x better in my opinion. I would like to congratulate the staff for their supreme work. Can anyone give me tips that can help me in game? like what is the best gun and stuff?thanks:)

I would suggest to buy a steam gun, as they are cheap yet powerfull. If you're looking for a melee I suggest you wait untill halloween, there will probably be an affordable melee which looks good and is strong.

There are various guns spread throughout the map, but I would suggest purchasing an ACR or M4. For melee defense, I would suggest something like a wrench or machete if you're just starting out.

Steam punk pistol is 6.5K, 9 damage, a clip of 20, semi-auto and has about the same stats as an M4, but it's just way cheaper... Or am I wrong?

Well, your first gun depends on your price range. The steam punk pistol costs $6000, which may seem a lot for classic, but it isn't so much on here. The m4 is also good, but it costs $55000, which is still a lot by my standards. If you have a Facebook, I suggest uploading ten screenshots every two hours, because it gives you a freebie, which is several free items and unlimited ammo and instant revive for two hours. Of course, you can buy these things, but Facebook screenshots are free. For a good melee, there's a nice little shop in southridge (bottom island) that sells a nifty machete for $900, or, if you get a staff member to, I'd be happy to give you one of my six candy canes from last year, free of charge. Also, find a good gang and find some friends. My last tip is to not trade, scamming is legal. Don't even trust friends, because apparently items on a game are more important than friendship.

Since you've just started, those weopens are totally fine. Your lucky you actually brought a good gun as you joined. I didn't have a good gun until like 500 online hours. I used to beast out with Ak47 (183 killstreak whoot) but sadly they patched it :( so I got an M4, but that too I didn't buy, I got it for a clover when transferring guns were still around :)

I didn't get an M4 until 2,000 hours...

:O I still wouldn't have had it if it hadn't have been transferred by MilkShake for a clover. Clover for M4= bargain, although the clover was very rare at that time. But oh well.

How to get friends on era :
1. Be low on kills, player with lots of kills kill alot of ppl, and friends dont like ppl dat kill.
2. Be low on hours, this will show its a miracle when you're on and make players want 2 c u.
3. Don't buy best weapons, players with lots of money have scary guns which keeps friends away.
4. Don't buy Era+, players will think you have alot of money and start begging you 4 stuff

Well hello my name is Slash and welcome, and don't worry much about stats it all depends on the friends you have some people don't care about stats some do and yea like poorface said don't trade mostly everyone scams. I personally don't trade except for 3 people in this game I've known for a year.
