Looking for Graphics Artists
 

Hello. Some of you might know me from Unholy Nation. Most probably don’t. Anyways.

As the thread title suggests, I’m looking for one/a few Graphics Artists to make a few things for me a project I’m working on outside of Graal. It’s a fairly simple game for Android devices. If you’ve ever played Epic Coaster, it’s similar to that.

The games name is “Super Beagle.” Why? Because beagles are awesome. At the moment I need 34 images done, from simple stuff I could probably do myself but would rather someone else do because it would look better, like a dog bone image and flying letters, to more complicated stuff like a few frames of a beagle running/flying, and backgrounds for the game and main menu. The game will be free to download and play.

If you are willing to make a few images for me out of the goodness of your heart, that’s great. I’d also be willing to script a comparable amount of stuff to whatever you make for you or your server (on Graal) in exchange for the images. Or, if anyone would be interested in this, I would pay you in hats/currency on UN. And, if you do a decent amount and ever want to work on UN, I’d put in a good word for you (Which means, barring major personality issues, you would almost definitely be hired. God knows we can always use reliable/competent graphics artists.)

Here are some screen shots of the game as it is now, using filler images/terrible images I tried to make before giving up. I tried to take a video as well but it came out terrible, and I think the screen shots should be sufficient anyways.

you needed a logo that was 32x32(the dog with the tongue out) i made this one its 28x30 :( but heres the logo:D

What sort of things do you need done? Aside from the stuff mentioned.

For everyone who expressed interest in working on this, several things from the list I've been sending out have been finished. You should definitely check in with me to make sure an image isn't already done before doing it.

Also still looking for more people if anyone is interested! Thanks to everyone who has helped out so far!

Shotgun on the backgrounds!

Okay going to bump this one more time.

I've gotten most of the graphics I needed done, done, thanks to both people on here and from other places. There are two things I still need done that no one is working on. They are two of the more complex graphics I need which is probably why. I figured I'd post here one last time to see if anyone is interested in make either of these graphics. Once they are made, it shouldn't take very long for me to finish/release the game. So here they are.

Graphic #1:
Title Screen Background (480x320 pixels): The right half of the screen will have the starting menu drawn over it, so should just be a background color. The left half of the screen is where the work is. In the first 240x320, there needs to be the name of the game "Super Beagle." and a cartoonish rendering of our hero, Super Beagle.

Graphic #2:
Beagle frames (Around 48x32 pixels, need not be exact): An image of super beagle (beagle wearing a cape) standing still facing right. Then however many frames are needed for me to animate super beagle running, probably around 4 minimum, again facing right.

Btw, this is a beagle.


I’m also still willing to script something reasonable for you or your server on Graal in exchange for these Graphics if that's what you want to do. If anyone is interested, send me a forum pm, or post here and I’ll send you one.
