What keeps a guild going.
Ok I have an idea, but what features, mind sets, and attitudes do you guys think are nesasary for a guild to function properly?
What rules should be out into place to keep people loyal active and responsible? Just some questions. :) |
A good leader, active members, someone people respect. Fair but stern rules... Ya haha. :)

Not just recuiting anyone Skilled players only that are tested over time to see if they can join and become "perms"
Having active and loyal players Have a good leader and co-leaders that will do whats best for the guild at all times and are smart enough to figure out what that is |

A decent leader, decent members. No set rules to stay in the guild, you need to make it attractive to players without holding them at gunpoint. Being selective, but not ultra selective. You need players that are seen as popular and cool to be attractive to most other players, but only choosing egotistic people with stats that are clearly show they have too much time on their hands and are trying to make up for feeling insufficient in real life is bad.

It's really simple actually, recruit good friends who play often, don't be an asshole, and don't make it a dictatorship where it's all rules.

All you need is some friends. If you wanna base/take towers, do it with your friends! It's always more fun with people you know and can joke around with than with random people that are crazy serious about it.

Flexible and chilled out. People used to like me as a leader since I made them laugh, let them do what they wanted now and again, and don't get upset when you lose a base or whatever.
