Requirements to Being Hired:
-An active gold membership on Graal PC
-Maturity
-Activeness
-Prior knowledge of working on a Graal PC server
-A Skype or AIM account in which you can use to communicate with other staff

The requirements are not asking a lot. I hope you fulfill these requirements when applying!

At the moment, we are only hiring for the Graphics Department. If you would like to apply, you can find the application here.

I heard that the current staff on Leafae weren't allowed to speak about the current staff list on Leafae. To be honest, I really think that there should be a list of the major staff on this thread so if we're hired (I don't plan on applying), we know beforehand who we would be working for.

It looks good except for the building... The building bugs me for some reason. The color is a bit odd and I don't quite like the shading much. Other than that... everything looks nice. Good luck.

and i still think you are trying to censor people. this is blatantly trying to avoid any criticism to a attempt to get idiots to join the server without seeing peoples comments.

this is the 3rd time youve remade the same thread in an attempt to censor peoples posts and control the thread, its dishonest.

The first thread was remade because it said nothing about the server, I'm pretty sure.

now for a true critique on the tileset, it needs a lot of work, the building looks like a undecorated gingerbread house with ice for windowpanes, its all the same brown plasticy material,

the water looks like a lit pool, youve got a puddle with rippley clear water that looks 3 ft deep, if its not animated it will look weird, and for natural little puddles it looks like a pools water.

the grass is diagonal, i mean it kinda looks like pokemons grass, but in pokemon that was just little bits, the entire fields didnt get striped in the more modern games, it appears to go to straight chocalate mud paths, no real buffing or transition, and its jarring, and is very blocky but doesnt really work that way with its style. the fence is good, and looks like wood, unlike your brass plated house, but i can already see one obvious error where it doesnt connect, in the one and only preview of your content, and is that grey thing your logo? why would a server named LEAFae have a grey logo that fits together like that instead of the L in it being contrasted? is the thing behind it a leaf? broaden it, make it lusterly green, add a stem to the leaf that extends behind it so its easier to tell, and if your going to use a deciduous leafs why are you using those tubular conifers that seem similar but both lack a point?

for the one peek you show for a server that you are asking people to devote time to, you sure dont make a very good argument for it, then again, the last times this thread got into a argument you recreated the thread to delete it all.

thats what happens, doesnt mean its okay to censor everything that happened on the thread in an attempt to control it.

oh boy, yea let vinka on, im sure people will want to work on a server with the guy who has a meltdown and ragequits twice a week, throws out his own server, replaces its graphics, and basically ends up being a egomanical loon that believes he is some sort of legend.

I have seen your graphics, and they are amazing! However, we are strictly a pixel art server. Can you do pixel art?

I have done pixelart on Graal during 2004-2007, but have chosen to never return since, after purchasing a drawing tablet, unfortunately. :(

Higbey... your point has been clear. We understand you don't like the server. However, if you have ANY further issues, do NOT post them in this thread. PM me what you want to complain about, and I will attempt to give a damn. You are ONE person trying to go against EVERYONE in this thread, with the exception of Mattkan. We understand that you have something against progress, so if you don't mind, please stop, and let me try to get this server done.

Strike on WHAT? You make NO sense, and you try to act as if you can change the server. Just leave, because you are OBVIOUSLY not welcomed, and we OBVIOUSLY don't care what you are saying. Another thing.. I DON'T OWN THE SERVER. With your two year old mind, you would think that. Higbey, do us all a favor, and go away, because we don't care for your opinion anymore.. you are just ruining our chances of hiring people with your pity comments.. You are doing this to prove that we will fail, but I hate to break it to you, we won't give up. This server has something called progress, and a team. You need to understand you won't win everything, and you need to be mature, like you try to act, and just stop.

I think most of us can conclude, dear Higby, that any of your 'criticism' is far from constructive. Please do yourself and us a favour and consider adressing your inconsiderate behaviour you utter child. I have not seen one single productive or positive comment from you whatsoever.

Trust me, with that mindset of yourself you won't go very far in life, trust me.

We all know the sole reason for leaving said 'criticism' is to evoke negative reaction in people and not actually help them improve.

So uhh. Could there please be an explaination why the staff team can't be revealed atm? Please don't say "Because the owners don't want to", because that's the only answer I've heard from specific Leafae staff the past few days.

So I know how to pronounce the server name, and I've seen an early level with a prototype of the tileset.. That's about it. If someone is willing to join with that little information I doubt they actually care about the server and just want to be hired somewhere.

That tells me absolutely nothing, it'd obvious its another fantasy, but that mumbo jumbo that basically gives no real definite answers.

Let me try.

It's fantasy.
It will combine elements of other mmorpgs, such as monsters (meaning, I guess, you'll be able to fight zombies, bats, wraths, etc), but also things that are original to the server and will keep you hooked.
It will only have things that you can only imagine, meaning no chickens, cats, dogs, birds, fish, etc.
If we stick around we will learn more things.
It'll be worth the wait.

I like the retro style of the tileset but the building tiles look out of place.

Usually a server like this would have heaps of people lining up to work for it, especially because this community seems to be full of ****ty graphics artists.
