New Version Coming
 

In the news it talks about a new version of graal coming to the appstore and "its really important to identify yourself before this". Im wondering, why? I have an identified account but i also have a noob account with some good stuff on it i dont want to lose. Will this new update get rid of non identified accounts?

I still don't understand after reading that thread Rufus.. So, do we need to not do anything since our ViP account is already connected to our non-ViP? It says on the news that we need to confirm it by sending an email.. Is confirming it last July the same thing? Cause I remember only confirming it when I first bought ViP. They're making it sound like we all need to re-confirm our accounts. I think I'm just gonna do nothing. Hopefully I don't lose any accounts.

So. We have a chance we could lose our non-identified accounts?

This stinks for people who haven't played Graal in a few months or even weeks.

as i already mentioned it in the other thread, i dont think that the account files will be deleted. you might just get a new pc:#, meaning the previous one wont be accessable anymore. we still could do transfers for people who didnt log in in a while

I have a guild on my main and a guild on my non-identified account. I cant transfer since then I would have two guilds. And my non-identified will be unaccessable. Soo I will just lose my guild?

Access to it... If it can't be helped, I think a mass PM should be sent to EVERY Graal iOS account about transfer information if they lose access.

When is this coming out, I won't be able to identify my account until next week ._.

I just transferred my noob accounts stats to the wrong account because of this. There goes 10k kills ._.

Serious problem.. I just did this to my account and my guild Voyage just got deleted.. It said i owned another noob guild i made for space one time so i while on that page i press disband and it forwarded it to voyage somehow.. crap

would be nice if by now they had fixed the account breaking glitchs with the system.

Sounds like a hassle. What's this update going to do overall though as far as improvements?

Same crap happened to me before. I transferred my non vip and owned 2 guilds and didn't have use for the other so I clicked disband but it deleted Rebellious instead. Had to recreate, kind of sucks everyone losing there spots that they've had since 2011 but at least hours stayed.

I can't identify my accounts for some reason. I followed the steps but the emails aren't appearing in my inbox or spam folders. What should I do here?

Blueh, did you try to revoke your account first? Happend once at me, after I revoked it worked all fine.

I should try that. I use 3 accounts under the same email lol.

We won't be able to see what the update is, since the World is ending on 12/21/2012. Lol kidding..

The app update is probably just for ipod5 optimization. I doubt theres anything new for people who are still loyal to their 4th gens.

BTW... so i had 60k gralats on my non-identified account from pyrats. I log off my main account to this non-id account, then log onto a 2nd account with a different email. but it didnt ask me if i wanted to transfer my stats or not, it just did. so now i have 60k gralats and 10k bk on the wrong account -.-

tl;dr~> When you log onto an identified account, it now automatically transfers your stats instead of asking you first.

Update is on 12.12.12 quitting the day after that, to travel around the world for 9 days...

This happened to me. Now i have a bunch of stats lost forever on some other account.
