So yeah, voyage got disbanded through a glitch of owning two guilds through doing the identify account thing. I dident tell it to disband voyage, but glitch caused it to be disbanded instead of the one i wanted disbanded. I contacted a few admins, waited a few days, no reply. I dont really know what to do... Apparently if i would have recreated voyage i would have got hours back but.. I dident and now it says voyage is taken. What measures do i need to do to reclaim this guild? i dont necessarily play much anymore but i was very proud of what me and my friends accomplished, and i would like someone worthy to hold it atleast and for it to stay on the leaderboards. I understand this thread doesnt apply to most people so instead of telling me this isnt the place, please just skip by and dont cause any hassle. I really spent alot of time and I would like to not have it deleted on the leaderboards and such. If an admin who can help can help me or get someone to help me, i would be very grateful. This means alot to me and i feel like alot of my members have been let down by this :/. One time when Voyage was owned by someone who quit, coco helped me reclaim it through some admin powers or somthing. I really appreciated it and i ask for help just one more time.

ALSO i have screenshotted proof of our last fort scores and everything .

Update. someone named kipper</3 created "voyage"again and named it AvEnGeD. He dident work this guild to 1k, but he managed to earn it 7 hours. This really angers me but thats not anyones real job to help. I would still like to reclaim what i made. Please admins dont procrastinate, I dont want time to ruin the chance :/

One more update. CallyV. from AN13U has informed me that the leader has been trying to gain a 1k hat from this renamed voyage. Apparently coco has been told and is bringing this to Xor again.

So that's what happened. Somebody needs to do something about that ass hole. I hope you get your guild man and that the staff are willing to cooperate in the process.

thats the wrong place, you are supposed to email them directly, the iservers email. not the graalonline pc support.

Why do hours stay with a name if it's disbanded? Long ago I thought I heard on the speaker classic radio thing that they might add an option to guilds to reset ur hours to 0 from 1,000. Disbanning should reset your hours, unless the last leader recreates, or is made leader of it. (Pretty much: Hours should stay with the last leader not the name of the guild.)

INVALID STATEMENT DETECTED: He does not have staff abilities so he can do nothing more then you can. In a way he's right, staff should react a bit sooner but then you never know how much other work they have.

That avenged guild better not get a 1k hat or I'm quitting. (Idk if that's a bad thing.)

i have information, but being the complete ****** tha i am i cant post the pics. i had friends working around, and one came with information. The friend who contacted me does NOT want his name out. But heres what he got. Shazta (Black Label) hacked the hours over. I have other information, If you need please contact me [email protected] or in-game ESD Hyaku. If ESD Doesnt show up, try Nyx Hyaku.

This should be e-mailed to Classic's support contact at [email protected] and not posted here. There are a handfull of staff members that visit here, but this is an unofficial forum and is not the correct channel for support services. Don't expect it to be.

They never helped me. They did respond, but nothing helped at all.

Emailng has never helped me in the past rufus. I understand you want people to email, and not clutter your forums. But i was looking for help and i knew i would get alot more help on this problem for players reading it than someone who just reads an email and then doesnt care. I am not one for posting my problems on this forum though so i dont see much more of that coming from me unless somthing serious.

I understand that there was a period where the support e-mail was completely useless. However, since Albus became staff every e-mail in that inbox has been dealt with. My post was really addressing those that believe posting on this site somehow warrants a response from staff. It doesn't, and players can't do anything to aid something like this, therefore contacting support is the best route to take.

I honestly had no idea who albus was until i got my guild back.. now i know now :)
And players helped me alot.. thanks to some helpful non-admins i actually got their "admin friends" to help me in game ! They also helped we figure out what the heck happened!

I remember when I use to play avidly, emailing support didn't do jack ****.
I never got a response, I only emailed once for each issue. Neatly typed and polite.
I'm sure my email is still in their spambox.

If you want something done you need connections to an admin personally.

I really hope you guys can rebuild your reputation for actually having reliable support instead of just flagging everything as spam or simply ignoring it. Yes I'm sure you guys get tons of email but it should still be someone's job to assist someone in need of help.

The email system is SO much better. I remember when Rufus posted something, somewhere, saying that all the email was sent to a spam file that was never checked. But now, I get feedback on every email I send.

rufus isnt even part of the staff team anymore. He stopped after halloween.
