how is this not offensive?
 

quite a while back i uploaded a pic of my hand with a dinosaur drawn on it, for some weird reason the person on duty declined it. I thought he made a mistake so i tried again but it got declined..this time it was a clear message..they really didnt like my drawing. i was fine with that untill i saw KFC's gp today..like wtf i cant even say anything..a picture of a dude's ass? and why does it have stubles???

It's an adiam guild, they can break rules as they feel needed.

My theory; maybe the dinosaur you drew didn't look like a dinosaur, but rather like an offensive slogan.

Also, that guild picture was added before the 'admin confirmation' rule, so I can see exceptions being made.

i actually drew the second dino differently..

actually MOST guild pictures were reviewed after the update thing, i know this because some people in my guild had their pictures taken down..and if they are an admin guild, then how did they fail to realise that the picture is offensive? they must have known that it was inappropriate..

if this picture was uploaded before the confirmation thing then that makes it worse..people get banned or their guilds deleted for the same reason i dont see why they should not consider reviewing the admins associated with KFC..at least one of them must have seen it

That guild logo was up way before the approval system came about.

There must have been a reason in keeping it, seeing as the guild picture is obliviously demeaning and vulgar. Nothing much can be done.

u know my guild got banned for a whole month for something similar? btw this was also before the admin confirmation thing :( i dont see why they monitored us and not them..

I don't understand. What was on your guild picture, that could've resulted in a ban? Admin's are fairly weary with guild ban's. And it seems logical for admin's to monitor active/popular guilds.

Should of add some reason why they don't want to uplaod a picture..

it wasnt actually my guild that got banned..and idk anything specific i just know that the word "ass" was involved.. :angry: i sound pretty extreme ATM..idk why, maybe its the headache i have right now

The reason behind your pictures disapproval: any picture showing yourself or another person is denied. Even just your hand.

no actually, i still upload pics of my hand and they get approved everytime..but this time i just color or have clear letters scribbled not a dino drawn on it

Technically you're aren't supposed to upload images of real people. yes it's just your hand, but they don't really want people to push the limit i.e posting cleavage

Some people have hand fetishes. You could be potentially arousing others with a picture of your hand if that bad boy got uploaded. It's not our fault the uploading admin deems your hands so attractive.

k so i couldnt find the original so i just drew it again..i can assure u that the dino i drew before looks exactly like the one i drew now because i used the same tutorial video on youtube

i usually use felt-tip pens but i couldnt find one today so i just drew the dinosaur on paper since pens dont really work on my skin unless if i stab myself

Depends on the staff I'd say, even if I don't see any reason why not to upload it.. may be you should add the option for staff to decide whether your time of waiting for another try to upload should be the same amount or not, sice those pictures aren't violating any rules.. yet he has to wait I think.. 6 hours now?

Maybe the staff member that rejected the picture had something against dinshores?

All of you fools are just defending the Kfc ass but can't give one solid reason why his dino doesn't fit the uploading rules. Yeah the ass really isn't offensive but compared to his dino can you honestly say it's more appropriate? It was smart of him to use that as a comparison.

a lot of flaws in the GP confirmation thing..maybe if they just outline what they mean by "inappropriate" to avoid confusion

a friend of mine tried uploading the second photo but it got denied for being inappropriate..while KFC's gp gets re-uploaded again.

That's what i thought, but i guess that's not the case with 'everyone' couple of minutes ago i saw a girl on her status she had a photo of herself but you can only see her face from one side (not sure if it's a gp).
Also i've seen another one two weeks ago (?) a group of guys sitting on a bench or something and their faces were covered with lion stickers or something along these lines ( that one is a gp).
I personally don't consider that to be a fair disapproval if only his/her hand is showing what's the big deal about that ? If they keep disapproving this photo because it didn't meet with the required uploading rules then they should apply these rules to everyone in general.

I think the reason is because they don't want you to share your art.

This, it's just a butt crack... That's not offensive in all (most) cultures. I'm American and I get it, but I left America a while ago and realized that to most of the world buttcracks are just not offensive.

Where I live now the main character of the most popular kids cartoon regularly dances with his ass hanging out.
