Events Team
 

There needs to be an actual Events Team so then Patrol leaders and GPs can do their job helping the players of Zone. Maybe there could be an award system (well there already is) but you will either get money, a hat, a body, or a futuristic EC. Yes an EC. This will add more
Admins onto the game and thus adding more staff members online to make Zone even better!

We (Graal Police) are the "Event team" so we don't need one.

Events team people would work only, like, 2 times a day. I disagree with this idea.

I'm sort of confused how they would hire for events team. Those Admins would do nothing but have fun and host events? Anyone would qualify and it would be favoritism pretty much to be chosen?

Isn't this always the case though? We already seen Matt do it.

Edit: In all honestly, I do hope they pick favorites because they know that person and trust them enough to help out with whatever they do. I would much rather see that than a volatile group that'll only cause problems.

Example; Person A is amazing at this and would like to help out but Person B is amazing at what they do too. Person A dislikes Person B for so and so. They fight constantly they just simply do not get along. So one day Person B gets fed up and isn't having fun anymore and part of that reason is because of the fighting. You'll also end up with people taking sides which only destroys what the goal is, Era PC is an example of this right now.

I wasn't hired out of favoritism for zone. I didn't even know Nyx that much at the time. Servers don't hire people out of favoritism, but merely out of maturity and productivity.

Name one person who was hired out of favoritism? I think the hiring of Fsh basically shut down that argument already. If you can say a name that was hired purely on favoritism I'll be impressed.

Saying someone was hired solely on favoritism is bull****. They would have to have some sort of qualification for the job and the staff trust them enough with the power they are given.

Saying you only hire based on qualifications is just pure bull****. Other factors do play a role, but favoritism is one.

Therefore, you're all bull****. My point wasn't that people are not solely hired on it.


EDIT- The only mention of Era (unless the people Ozzy Magus mentioned were iEra people) I've seen was in my post and it wasn't how they hired people, it was based off the drama that went on between ex-staff. I don't know where everyone is bringing this up and is completely irrelevant to the current discussion.
