Should the Z-Room gang be stripped of there powers
 

Im sorry about deleting the first thread, people got confused between the gang zroom and the level. No the level will not be delted or be removed but should the Z-Room gang be stripped of powers as they have way more power and don't deserve the z-room as they don't have 4000 basing hours.

If you vote yes
The zroom will be disbanded and all power goes to admins. Meaning that admins control when to open the zroom, and select the music for zroom.

If you vote no
The zroom gang will stay and hold power over zroom

Yea, strip em of their powers. I think it should be PRs only anyways, but yea... I dont think they deserve their powers. Just cause they are all snotty brats, and very POOR management.

I will post his response if any if this thread actually remains clean and factual. Seems kittyjay is already on the path of ruining that however.

Why do people want others to lose something (Z-room powers for example) when they dont have it? Same thing with weapons...Yogy has saber and I dont, lets make a thread should it be nerfed 8 times or no. He has pbp and I dont. Lets make a thread to nerf pbp! He has souizen and I dont. Nerf souizen!
Why cant people be happy for others? Instead of trying to make other people lose their thing, try to get the thing to yourself.

First off you examples are horrible. Z-Room members have not contributed anything to the game so they do not deserve anything higher than a normal gang.

from what I hear, mizzy got the gang for being a friend, not earning it whatsoever. I think that's the main problem; she gets something special and whatever because she was an admins friend. it isn't very fair because its just a gang, and no gang should have that kind of power over an area.

I say, no, their control over the Z-Room shouldn't be taken away, as it's not really that big of a deal. At the end of the day, all they're really allowed to do is go behind the bar in said room, and determine what songs are played/when. I mean, it's not as if the admins' musical selections would be THAT much better, and I'd like it if they spent their time making more meaningful contributions to the game, rather than sitting in the Z-Room doing nothing, apart from changing songs and whatnot. Though, I suppose having admins in charge of it would draw larger crowds, so there's a plus.

But, like I was saying, let them have it; it's not that big of a deal. If you guys don't like it, don't go there. (Honestly, I think this is all about a few people being butthurt over the fact that they're not the ones in charge, and that some people who the admins favor a little bit more than everyone else are. Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. Now, if we were discussing admins handing out free items, rigging the game to give certain players an advantage, I'd have something a lot different to say.)

As I've already stated, it's just a room where people can go to either relax or associate with other players with a group of people who don't happen to be admins controlling the tunes and other minor things such as that. They can't kick, ban, gag, or do anything to alter the experience of any individual, other than decide what they're listening to. (Forgive me if I'm wrong - I didn't bother to ask any of the Z Room members what they're allowed to do before posting here, but I highly doubt they're able to do any of those things. If they are, then.. well, I'll change my mind and vote nay.)

Lastly, you guys should really worry about more important stuff, strive to make real, influential changes to the game, rather than argue over who controls the playlist at a pixel bar. Srsly. But, you know, that's just my opinion. Take it, or leave it. Either way, enjoy your day.

See I rather have people who have actually earned it, than people that have contributed nothing to the game. That's just my view on it. I'm not hating on or jealous of them for having it, just think it would be more fair to people who have earned it, especially with gangs that have more basing hours that don't have those kind of powers, but whatever :P

In all honesty though, Z-Room is a ****hole.
Most Z-Room staff are obnoxious, pompous, oppressive and plain out filthy.
I believe control of the room should be stripped from a player gang and give rather to admins, and only admins.

Better yet, make it a admin only area that can be opened once in a blue moon for players on occasions such as staff birthdays, or when snk screws something up and has to appease ruffled players. (Har-Har)

OR, if it is left in the hand of a player gang (god forbid), let admins screen the applicants. (Horrendous waste of time, might as well just shut down the place, but iEra likes to work backwards...) And let admins keep a somewhat close-eye on the Z-Room staff. Anyway act the way Z-Room staff do now, remove them. If the whole Z-Room team continues on like they have, admins should have enough sense to realize they should shut down the room.

I wouldn't really care what Z-room does but he does have a point, they didn't do anything to earn Z-room. My decision says. Whoever has the most basing hours per week will get the Z-room for a day.

What did they do to earn the level? Did they complete the 4000 hours basetime which is required to have a hideout/level? What did they honestly do to deserve the level? NOTHING. I'm not saying that it should be deleted, but it shouldn't just be handed to a ignorant 9 year old hypocrite. It should either be managed and supervised by an admin, or be free to use by ANYONE and so it will free the segregation from the 'popular' people, to the 'average' people, because realistically, they think they are better in every aspect and portray themselves with there huge egos as 'special' when they really are just players, WHICH IS HOW THEY SHOULD BE TREATED. The only way she really did get control of the Z-Room, was by being a close friend to an admin, Ace. Nothing else, she hasn't done sh*t for the server so why should the people WHO DO help the server get absolutely nothing whilst people, who are just 'friends' of popular people, and most admins, get pretty much everything, which has now gone to the extreme of a level.

We can all admit or deny it but this thread has a point. It is unfair for a gang that did not meet the requirements (basing hours) to own a level/have powers to a level.

we would all stop complaining if they got 4000 base time and had all the powers that other gangs get. This is a good example of favourtism so needs to be sorted out.

It's not a matter of "Oh, they have something I don't, let's destroy it." It's a matter of brats controlling a room just for some E-fame. It's petty, but that's what happens when you open up a game with gangsters to 12 year olds.

I still think the level itself is nice; the gang controlling it not so much.
I said this in the previous thread that's gone now, so ill say it again: IMO, anyone should be able to control the z room, but to avoid conflict with a huge mass of players trying to do it at once, only an x amount of people at a time, say 15. To avoid afking and hogging the bars and such, everyone would only get maybe 30 minutes a day, then get warped out. Another big problem with the z room is the broadcast spam of staff saying "party at z room! Come join us!" Instead, z room should never be advertised except maybe for a special occasion, such as the Revolution, Nexus, or Club Crypt(if it's still around) from iClassic.

u dont seem to get this its a project that no player can change its up to snk to remove it and snk aint guna listen to some randoms who cry alot about not geting in or us being mean snk could not give 2 craps about what u have to say

And this is why 9 year olds should not be in charge of a level (which they haven't earnt) when they clearly lack the maturity to control it in the first place. I stil can't believe, after 3 separate theads, as well as continuous problems associated to Z-Room by pretty much everyone, nothing is done about it. Sigh... Sigh sigh sigh... Just goes to prove a point...
