Event Team Hiring
 

Dear iGraal Community Ezio has recently taken over the Events Team on Graal Online Zone and is currently looking for some new Events Staff to aid me in providing entertainment for the server.

You must fill in the application in and it email to [email protected] he will then look through all the apps and choose the best people he feels will fulfill their responsibilities.

The more detailed your app is the higher chance of being accepted you will receive. If you know you have a high amount of bans on the server or do not feel you will be active or grown up enough then please refrain from applying.

Will be looking to hire 3-5 new members.

Are the GPs really that busy that they can't handle events? ._.

Zone needs an events house like Era. Currently there are far too many admins who fix events so that their friends win. With a system like what Era has, you would overcome this issue. Just a suggestion.

it really is a lot of work to handle 100 players. they are too busy getting all those rule breakers!

iZone's focus should be minimizing the staff team, not expanding it.

I guess they're trying to retain the player count by hiring the entire player count.

Umm, is this thread a joke? They're about 100 people on the iZone server, it's not like zone patrols are busy. Why don't they just host? Correct me if I'm wrong hiring zone events team, isn't that just giving people powers to abuse for having fun?

No joke; if ET members were to abuse their rights and powers, consider them fired.

1. Why do you wish to be apart of the Events Team and what parts of it attract you the most?
-To have lots of powers to abuse and have a sh1t load of fun abusing them.
2. Do you have any previous knowledge of the RC/previous experience of other graal servers as a member of staff?
-yes I drive remote control cars alot. However, the remote control plane exploded like a firework when I crashed it into a tree.
3. What makes you a good addition to the team? Why should I pick you over other applicants?

4. When criticised by a player how do you respond?
I call them a noob cheating haxor who needs to get a life. My motto is "anyone better than you is no life, Any one worse sucks and is a noob."

None the player count is so dam low what problems can possibly occur?

To develop things for the server, but it's ok I can make pretty pictures myself.

I have to agree here.
Focussing on events is the worst idea you can do on a Server. Events should be secondary.
Zone needs more PvP, Squad PvP, missions etc. Stuff like that. Add stuff to reward players aswell.
Just open your eyes and dont push the server in the wrong direction.

Era can afford to have an Events House, they have over 1k+ players.
Zone just gets 100 IN ITS BEST TIME, why bothering with Events? An Events Team for the 3-4 events at the moment? Giving people basically free RC and rights.

I agree, there needs to be a much bigger focus on development and less on the GP and Events departments.
