i downloaded a emulated version of pokemon emerald from a very reliable website (and no i will not tell where i found the game!) i started playing the game (i have played other games from the website i have not had this problem in them yet) and for some reason the game keeps restarting (i origionaly had some gameshark codes entered in the game: a eevee code,a code to make pokemon shiny, a code to make master balls buyable in store for 0$, a Deoxys code, and a blastoise code but i had deacivated them) and im not able to do anything anymore!

can somone help me!

Try downloading emerald from a different site. Also, which emulator are you using?

This only works when using DeSuMume.

Don't use GameShark codes on emulators.

Are you loading from a save state? Or loading from the game pack? One of these could be corrupt.

Also, make sure your BIOS is good.

its not a bad rom and i use virtuialboy

You seem sure, however right now it's not working. Unless you can confirm it's bad, it's still a possibility.

So, have you tried loading the game up, instead of using a save state?

i dont know how to save it to the gamepack

Same way you save it on a normal GBA.

Just try starting the game, without loading anything.

Did you try emailing Nintendo and telling them that their rom doesn't work? maybe they can help

dude nintendo did not make the rom they make the game series somebody elese turned the game into a rom

It was always ROM, someone just dumped it.

Nintendo just licensed the production. Whoever the hell developed the game is responsible. It caused someone to dump the ROM, princess becca to play it, and the save file to corrupt, and her to create a thread, thus leading to some trolls, and an enraged princess.

This idea is soooo MLG Pro 1337 360 n0- $c0p3 h@x, nothing can parallel this post's usefullness for a hacked game program. The game developers will understand surely, and send their chinese help company(everything's chinese these days, folks), known as "Po Lice" to your house to help you with that problem.

yea i have and what's system32?

system32 is a file on everyones computer where viruses are usually stored...if you delete it you delete the viruses..

System32 in a nut shell is where a lot of system files are which a pc could not run without, deleting system32 or deleting parts of it could either wreck your pc or cause system instability.

I will give you all a bajillion Gralats if she can find system32 on her own.

Don't delete it becca, it will trash your computer.

Try downloading this one, this one, or this one, and see if you can still load the save state.

Also, I forgot to ask if the game works without loading a save state?
