Snk I have currently lost my account password and I have no way to access it.I have two account but I have put to much time and effort on the other this account.I have emailed you a couple time but I haven't gotten anything back.I was wondering if you can emerge it with my current email or at least give me the 70k gralats and spar wins I have on there.Please and Thank you

Unless you get perform a dictionary attack and they use a common password, no, it isn't like giving out your password.

I have a question for snk as well about business. Further broadening the graal community and platforms. Please email asap. It is a grand idea and will definitly get customers because the amount of games on the platform is low and you will be an instant hit.

2.Wait for an email back or if your impatient , try one of these :
1.Spam a PR
Or
2.Pm an online vacant PR

Nooooo PR spam lol....why do y'all keep suggesting that? For example, I cannot do account transfers so spamming me on that topic just forces me to tell you that I personally cannot help you. Spamming me for events or auctions (which by the way are not requirements for PRs to do) does not make me want to rush over and host either. Be considerate with this spam stuff please. One last note, it is fine if you wanna just say hey once but not 50 times in a row and if you have a question by all means, ask. You don't have to ask if you can ask a question. Every spam and unnecessary pm makes it that more difficult to answer all pms and address people who truly need assistance :)

I personally don't know him, but I don't think he would avoid the players. He listens to our concerns and if he doesn't answer, he probably doesn't have the time, after all, he has to manage a server and deal with his life outside of graal at the same time.

I have an actual problem that he has helped others with, yet he ignores me.

I have a legit problem that others have had sorted out in the past many times. I send an email and PMs once in a while, and wait patiently. If they don't even bother to reply, what other option do I have?

I do respond to 95% of my pms unless I am hosting an event or auction. I even respond to a gazillion people saying hey so I am not suggesting I think I should not respond. I am just suggesting that spamming prs is not the best way to get help, at least with me. One, or maybe two pms is sufficient. If I cannot assist, I will tell you and refer you where you can get help. I am telling you right here though the identify process is there for a reason and that most prs cannot manage transfers, only senior prs or pra can.

Then put it in your status that 'i cant do account transfers' i can not belive you dont think too put that in or if that doesnt work put a sign in the start area saying what admins can and cannot do depending on there ranks

Well...the problem is basically we still need to learn about the issue to determine the best course of action. Most of the time it could be something basic a player neglected to do like approving device through the email or something. Best thing would be if players went to the identify house in front of start and make sure they do all steps prior to asking for help. I know personally I had more than one identified account and when I signed into one with the other accounts email it asked me if I wanted to transfer items, yes...boom and both accounts were combined into one. There will be exceptions but truly this should work for most players if they attempted to follow the steps in that house.

True, jeni, along with the other members of the Player Relations staff team, reply to almost every message they receive, that is appropriate. If you need anything, message them, and if nobody is online to help you, email [email protected]. :blush:
