Inactive Gang Cleanup
 

Hey guys, I saw that iEra has not had a inactive gang clean up in a while and just wanted to recommend one. I'm sure there are a few gangs out there people want that are unavailable due to inactive leaders and members that won't disband the gang! :)

I guess, but it'd suck if you came back after a long break and had your gang deleted and taken. Of course, monetary compensation would go to those who lost their gangs, in case they ever do come back, right?

I meant for gangs that had leaders and members (if any) that were offline for more than 200 days. For example, I want my gang Soviet Union back in my possession, but it is held by a guy that was offline for 300+ days.

Yes. My old gang name Spectrum's name was taken by some kid after my gang was scammed(long story, I'm not complaining). He has been offline for about 50 days and all the members (there are 4 total) have been off for 100+. I would like to have my name back, so please reset these.

I see where y'all are coming from, but still, if someone were to come back to playing after a year, losing their gang would not be a happy thing. But most people do not come back after 200+ days, so I guess it wouldn't be too bad.

we need this on zone too >.> people who havent played since the release date and theyre hogging squad names.

Why do noobs take legit gang names and then quit for like 200 days.

They know it pisses us off.

Though I honestly have no plans of playing iEra anymore, my gang is my legacy of what I've done in my time there. Like my memorial. Even if I weren't to go back to iEra, I'd hate to have it wiped.

Usually if the members are active (if you have any in your gang at the time) they usually spare your gang.

Ask snk, he might clear it up for you.

How about just reset the name to a default gang name so they keep the hours, then those who's names got reset get to change they're name for free or something.

I already emailed [email protected]. I wasn't sure if I wanted to bug snk about it. Just wanted to post a thread about it to get fellow graalians' opinions if another gang cleanup is appropriate.

Personally, I wouldn't like one, as my gang Chillax has its leader inactive for 100 days and it has my old friends list.

I'm sure the staff would do it if enough people request a clean up.
