Push Notifications
 

Is it just me or have the push notifications recently stopped working? I come online and see 2 or 3 messages, so I check my settings and everything comes up fine.

I decided to test this with my brother's account as well. I turned on his push notifications and it sent me the "The messaged player is offline and will receive this message when they log on". Apparently push notifications were disabled in general...

Not working. Which pisses me off because one of my friends who quit came back this weekend and I didn't know that he was back till now -.-

lol mine work on my iPad but not on my ipod

Probably something messed up in the coding maybe?

See... Things like this are the reason we need push notifications. I don't want to sit AFK all day just to start talking to friends. And Myst made a good point, I'm on an iPod, not an iPad

Bump. Is anyone else either experiencing this? Have we found any solutions? Any simple problems that are causing this to happen? I'll try to redownload the app and see if it fixes anything.

They're not working at all now, down to offline messages only upon logging on. Perhaps push was removed to be fixed?

I did leave a note for snk on this yesterday, I am sure he will check into it.

I'm bumping this because it's been about 2 weeks since I reported the problem and I'm not sure what was done about it. Any updates?

Lots of issues getting resolved quickly by using era-go.com....you are welcome, I am addressing it there on your behalf. Any status updates you will need to check there though :)

snk did confirm that the only person who can fix this is Stefan and he notified him today so hopefully not too long now.
